Polly's has good pie, but the food is small quantities on a limited menu. The price is high for what you receive. Grab a pie and eat at home.

The New Remodel is different but fresh and brighter looking. It was dinner time but very loud. It was very busy but still a friendly place. Prices were very high for an egg & pancake dish.

Waited to long to be seated, with plenty of tables available. not enought staff was the issue. The manager wasn't helping staff date I was there 7- 11- 25 at about 6 ish. Server was super friendly an nice. If it wasn't for her I may have walked out. I haven't been to this Polly's in yrs the food wasn't as good as it use to be and portion for the onion rings was very small for the price. The restaurant was remolded a few yrs back. I won't be back ever again. watched people leaving because of the lack of help. A line waiting to buy pies. There was women on the phone busy talking order,and wasn't able to help anyone. where was that Manager she needed to help her staff. Very Sad

Excellent place to get pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving!

Had dinner here recently. Food tasted good. At least what 2 of us had. Presentation of food could really improve. Also vegetables could be fresh instead of processed. Service was great. Sammi is the most attentive and nice server we've ever had. I'll definitely go back and try another dish.

Remodeled dining room that's very open and clean along with updated patio area. Lunch specials are tasty and fair priced.

I had turkey dinner and it was good. The French dip was pre dipped and the bun was soggy and not enjoyable to eat. The service was nice. Had a good time there.

Outstanding Service from Jeanie at Polly’s Pies!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jeanie at Polly’s Pies in Huntington Beach, and I can’t say enough great things about her! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her friendly, upbeat attitude and genuine enthusiasm for her job were refreshing and set the tone for a wonderful dining experience.

Jeanie was incredibly attentive without being intrusive—always there when we needed something but never hovering. She had excellent menu recommendations and made sure our drinks were always full. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great meal.

What truly stood out was her kindness and ability to connect with customers. She took the time to chat with us, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. In today’s fast-paced world, that level of personal service is rare and so appreciated!

If you’re dining at Polly’s Pies in Huntington Beach, I highly recommend asking for Jeanie. She’s a true gem, and her outstanding service makes the experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back, and a big part of that is thanks to her!

Wow is this the best to be ! Bring your parents, the whole family! Everyone will have something good to choose from. The best pies that will have you craving them , trust me ! I grew up coming here almost weekly. Can’t wait to move back and be a regular again! Miss the pies and chicken fried steak !

I just had prime rib, mashed potatoes and fresh steamed veggies for $19.99 (available Fri-Sun) - everything was wonderful and I will absolutely be back for this again!
