Service bad and food not delicious. I ordered medium steak flank and got a well-done steak lol

Well...first of all, this restaurant has a new name, now "The Soup and Noodle" under a bed chef, that is a delight as well of her dishes.

Quang Trung is now partnership with Soup and noodle. The food is so good, I order marinated shake filet mignon and was so delicious. The waitress was so nice and she bought the chef out to introduce to us. I was so hungry I order a second course. I would recommend this place because the service was good and people there are very nice. I also enjoyed the free ice cream they gave out.

Ok Chicken Pho. Acceptable if it's Texas or Ohio or Minneapolis or outside of CA but where CA is the best in Vietnamese food, this is not acceptable. Decent but not great. 3/5 in taste. What makes good is also the ginger fish sauce to be eaten with Pho Ga. Similar to other Quang Trung, no ginger in fish sauce which makes it blah! My #1 still Pho Song Hai although its very good taste but a hit and miss in customer service + the overall waiting time.

Menu has changed. Was craving for turmeric grilled fish which is no longer on the menu :( Pho is good.

Update: I'm pretty disappointed. What happened?! This used to be our go-to spot if we didn't feel like venturing to Little Saigon, but the food quality and selection went way down the drain. I don't know if this was location driven, but the Quang Trung on Bolsa is way better. Maybe it was an off day, but really miles in between from what I used to think of this place vs today 8/10.

I will have to say, I'm very impressed. Let's start with the cleanliness, awesome. The set up is bright and spacious. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food presentation is appetizing!.. got my food fast. Less than 15mins which is standard anywhere. Flavor was not too overpowering which I would say is great. Portions are well enough to get you full. I was full.... (burp) excuse me. Meat (porkchop) was so tender, I didn't even need the knife to cut it. I'm just saying, this place deserves your patronage... I will definitely come back.

We ordered a few items on the menu , the quality was excellent, prepared fresh and properly served . A few items pictured below of what we ordered and great ambiance. Would highly recommend if you're hunger for vietnamese food or just hunger in general as the portions are reasonably.

There is a small little worm crawling the the red chili sauce!!! Please be careful when you eat here! Never will be back again! Look at the water they served us! Should have known! I have serious food safety concerns!

I always get the pho xao noodles. Really big portion and yummy. Takes awhile for the food to come out though.

Service here was great as the restaurant has new management but still same owners. This is a Vietnamese restaurant. Our first return in a long time so only judging 3 dishes. Fried chicken was a little dry. The Hanoi pork dish was fine but lacks pizzazz. The combo bbq pork & shrimp vermicelli was good.

So my girlfriend decided that we were going to go out and have some Pho. Now being that I had moved back to Orange County after a ten-year stint in the Inland Empire, I had no idea where anything was anymore. So I said well where we going? She replied, "This cool little place that I found on Beach Boulevard." So that's where we went. So we pull up to this place that looks like it was a much larger restaurant in a previous life. I do have to say up for the sake of full disclosure and transparency, I read the name of the restaurant I immediately started singing "Everybody Wang Chung Tonight" changing the lyrics to, "Eveybody Quang Trung Tonight. So with that off my chest, let's talk about the food shall we? First of all, if you like chicken wings as much as I do, they have an appetizer of 10 chicken wings for seven bucks. You absolutely have to order them, as it is the best chicken wing deal anywhere I've seen. That being said, I ordered their limited time ribeye sizzling platter, well my girlfriend ordered a big bowl of chicken pho. I will say, service was a little spotty because the guy who waited on us seems like he was brand new and was a little unsure of the menu and what we are asking. But being with you was new I will cut him some slack. Once the order was in though, it was game on the food came out hot, fresh and tasty. As I mentioned earlier the chicken wings were amazing, my Ribeyes sizzling steak platter was phenomenal, and the chicken Pho was really really good. I had a couple of Thai Iced Teas, which were also very tasty. Although I don't know when the habit of putting them in plastic to-go cups became of thing, but it would have been nice to have them in an actual glass since we were sitting inside a restaurant. Bottom line? The flavors are on point, it's a clean and nice restaurant, and if you like pho or chicken wings or ribeye steak, you have to go to this place. The prices are really really decent, and as I mentioned before the 10 chicken wing appetizer is the best deal in town.
