Service was quick but the server is Hispanic, the kitchen workers are Hispanic. It takes away from the authenticity of the place. I even think the owner is Vietnamese. I got the beef ramen and it was ok, good portion, beef was a bit chewy. But my main thing, is the authenticity of the place. If I go to a Mexican restaurant and the cooks are Asian and the server is Asian, it doesn't work.
Lunch catch up with a couple friends. Nice decorated wood divided booth gives a genuine Japanese feel.
There is a must get 99 cent first pint draft beer special right now.
We all ended up with Noodle Lunch Combo special, which is a really good deal if you are up for Ramen.

Every time I come here, which has been six times now. Every roll amazes me and is fantastic. You should definitely give the golden Cali and the baked lobster roll a try, they are two of my favorites.
