The iced coffee and iced tea were fine and appropriately priced. The counter staff wasn’t welcoming, helpful nor pleasant. Shall not be returning.

There this old man working there and his storied towards costumers is horrible. He’s also extremely rude like I was standing there to order and his legit took 4 other costumers (he didn’t even take my order).

The coffee is delicious and they have plenty to choose from. The breakfast croissants are delicious. And last but not least, the staff was very patient and friendly. See you soon!

I went here for the first time on a Saturday. The staff was so friendly and the drinks were delicious. So I went back again the next day. This time I got a delicious ham egg and cheese croissant. I will be back!

I've came here a few times and have ordered three items
* breakfast sandwich
* black coffee
* one chocolate doughnut
Every time I end up waiting longer for a missing item in my order just for them to state to me rudely and say do you need something else... yes I need my coffee or yes my breakfast sandwich and they always say you didn't pay for that and re ring me. I feel like I'm being scammed! The prices always change. Yesterday I literally used my hands to show the number three but they still forgot my coffee. I wish I could say the next time that I go back, I would ask for an itemized receipt but I'm probably never coming back. Also, if you want a place to sit down and enjoy your coffee or doughnut, this is not the place. You can only get your stuff and leave, they have a sign that says the bench is only for pick up orders.

Today Wed. 08/07 around 4pm I arrived to buy the usual sandwich, the shop door was closed with a sign to wait 10min, until the floor drys. I waited since I was hungry.
I arrived to the shop as a hungry customer wants to order a sandwich and I left with 1v1 fight appointment at 6pm.

I come to this shop every day, the people that works there are super nice and friendly to the point they know what is my usual and they always give me free donuts, obviously because I am a loyal customer and my respect towards them. (Exception for the guy that never smiles, you’ll know him by the attitude you will receive, also my co-workers tried that shop and their bad luck they had to deal with this guy, and they’re never coming back even though I tried to tell them the others are super sweet).

Oh, I forgot to mention this experience happened on my second visit, in the morning I only ordered coffee and donuts, the second visit I wish it never happened or I never came to buy anything.

I also want to mention that he was racist, I didn’t mention anything about color, nationality or anything, he’s Asian that speaks English so I don’t care about where are you from so I only spoke English, the moment the conversation heated up he stared cursing ? the word Sharmota, sharmota and kept repeating it, so I got surprised like why would you?

At the end I left because he kicked me out ?,
I’m in my car, I put the car in reverse leaving, I’m watching the camera packing up then I wanted to check the sides from the windows, then I see that guy behind the glass looking at me and making like signs and like laughing ? I have no idea what is he on?!!

Now all of this happened, all of this bad and worst customer experience happened because, what do you think? ??? I swear all of this happened because I asked him to add salt and pepper on my usual sandwich Egg and cheese. He literally said I don’t want, I tried to explain to him before any argument that I come here every day and I get the same thing, his response was “I don’t care if they give you a special treatment”, I’m like dude this has nothing to do with special treatment, I’m a loyal customer.

You don’t believe me? Go test it yourself, it’s the guy with no glasses, no beard, no smile. Just tell him to add pepper or salt then enjoy the fight.

Wow I got surprised that it’s not only me ? read Tommy McCall review as well, almost 8months ago

Went to get some boba. I'm pretty picky about my boba drinks, i like to taste the tea instead sweetness but thats hard to come by nowadays. I usually ask for 25-50% sweetness and I know some drinks, like real Thai tea, most places don't let you adjust the sweetness. This place was the complete opposite. The thai tea was the only one in which you can adjust the sweetness. All the drinks are pre made mixes that they put together for you, but that being said the Thai tea was really great. The worker was really patient with my questions and gave me suggestions on how to do the order. The donuts also looked really good. Would've gotten a dozen if I could. I got their apple fritter which was humongous and lasted me two days lol. Again a bit on the sweeter side but for donuts I can forgive that.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious and all the tables were to the side so someone with a wheelchair can definitely get a table

The family has been here for many years and Mr Rich is a hard-working man. Just donuts come, his are delicious. Depending on what time of day you stop by you might even get them fresh because he spends the day making them ? if you're in the area please stop in, you just be buying from a local vendor who works hard and provides good treats!

Former regular customer... Stay away from this place! There's an employee here who apparently hates his life and his job and takes it out on customers by treating them like absolute garbage.

This guy is a late-30s-something Asian guy who I've seen before on days. My coworkers all have bad things to say about him, but I kept an open mind.. until today.

I saw him insult a woman who was giving him a little treat in celebration of the holiday season, as some people do at this time of year when showing appreciation to their service workers. He snarled at her and practically threw the gift back saying, "I don't want this!" When another customer encouraged her to end the interaction, he cussed that customer out and told him to leave as well.

I left too out of principle. I won't be giving this business any more of my money while this man works there. Hopefully he isn't an owner... Otherwise the place deserves to go out of business!
