The family has been here for many years and Mr Rich is a hard-working man. Just donuts come, his are delicious. Depending on what time of day you stop by you might even get them fresh because he spends the day making them ? if you're in the area please stop in, you just be buying from a local vendor who works hard and provides good treats!

Surprised all the reviews talk negative about the customer service, I have had wonderful experiences with the past staff and the recent hires. Always kind to me and other people for what I've seen. They make their donuts fresh, and are worth the price. I personally am okay with the prices they sell their items, coming from a local business. Prefer to stop by here for my coffee even if Starbucks is right by them. I have tried multiple of their drinks, donuts and sandwiches and I am very pleased with how they taste. 5 stars for sure!

first time coming here but greeted by couple of nice ladies. fast, easy service, delicious donuts. they even gave me some extra donut holes. Ambiance - seemed clean but I didn't stay around too long. Plenty of parking in the plaza. They accept card too (read old reviews saying they used to only accept cash).

I went in for a boba tea with boba and the young man behind the counter was so rude. You could tell he was already unhappy to be there king before I got there and clearly hates his job. He seemed annoyed just because the lady in front of me and I were there. We saved him some work as the tea there is premixed . She and I ordered the same thing only mine was with boba . He literally poured it out of a carton. Yuck, but ok. Then when I reminded him that I had asked for boba he argued that I did not and just stared at me. I left without it and threw the yucky tea away when I got home.I will not go back.

The reason I used to come back every time was because of their jalapeños ham and cheese croissant. Super warm and cheesy and massive. However, ever since they've rebranded- the croissant is different. It's cut like a sandwich (before it was just one massive croissant with ham and cheese stuffed inside), and the jalapeños and cheese were cold!! Not melted. And yes it was warmed up bc the bag was warm but I was disappointed to see unmelted cheese. Would I come again? Unfortunately not, since all I ever came for was their ham and cheese :/

First time coming here and good service. They have a ton of donut options but I opted to try one of their breakfast sandwiches instead. I ordered a saisage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. When I received it, I was pleasantly surprised at how large it was! The taste was what you would expect; and while the croissant was oily, it wasn't as greasy as you would think (which is a plus!). Price was $6.50, as stated on their menu. Looks like tax is included in the prices you see (double plus!).The interior is your typical mom-and-pop donut shop. They have an atm machine inside beside a little crane game. They also sell other small snacks and a variety of cold beverages. While there aren't any tables inside, they do have bench seating. Overall, I'd come again.

Horrible customer service the ladies in there just rude lack basic customer service skills . Flies just flying all around where donuts are kept behind the casing I can only imagine the meal preparation area . Donuts stale and old . Wouldn’t recommend at all . Unsanitary

Looks like under new ownership or maybe just an upgrade but Rich's donuts was still really good, now it looks so much more exciting and new now. Love the design inside, brightness, claw machines, the new drinks and food. Absolutely in love with the panda donuts that I also love from California donuts in LA. The people working now are also extremely more kind and don't make me feel rushed or pressured like before. This was our normal donut spot before, but now we're even more excited to be going. This place really needed the change.

Rich Donuts is open 24 hours and offers a great selection of doughnuts and croissants. They have a lot of classics you would expect to find, plus some unique options. They have croissants and bagels, and my favorite is their hotdog and cheese croissant. You won't find this at many doughnut shops. They have coffee, juice, and smoothies, too. Fast and friendly service!

last time I went to this place was before COVID and I finally went again bc I was craving donuts and at the petsmart so I stopped it. Some of the donuts are MASSIVE and the reg ones are also pretty big (Krispy Kreme could never) I got a half dozen for 10$ and a rose milk tea The donuts were SO GOOD, they were fluffy and delicious I must add that after 6 days they STILL retained their fluff (Other places the donuts got stale after 2 days) Honestly imma go back anytime I need donuts ‍‍‍
