Rubio's Coastal Grill

I was picking up an online order & was greeted by the manager - he looked really sharp & professional. Right away he checked on my order & even though I arrived early. It was ready within the next three minutes. * it wasn’t due to be ready for another 6 mins. The manager was moving really quick and looked to be very efficient. The store was immaculately clean, and there was an ease to the flow at each area of the restaurant - Salsa bar soft drink area and the dining area was spotless.
Without me asking, he offered me a drink carrier, which was really helpful as I was picking up a meal for 2 by myself.
The other folks coming in and out while I was still in my car before I came in, and while I was inside, the restaurant seemed very pleased with their experience also.
My dad and I enjoyed our Baja fish tacos and steak tacos and what a deal for taco Tuesday $2.50 on the Baja tacos and $3 for the steak tacos (each) Great Value!
Food was spot on delicious and still warm once I got home 17 minutes later.

I really wish your Seal Beach location was still open. It was handier for us to go there to that location.
But I’m thankful for the Goldenwest Huntington Beach location
This is my first time trying it out and I’m very pleased. I’ll be back highly recommend this Rubio’s to folks.

Bernie the manager was so rude. For no reason. He couldn't find my order and he was arguing with me about it after I showed him the confirmation email. Like why. Just apologize and get the food. I miss my Rubio's in FV. Won't be returning.

Ordered Langostino Burrito, Shrimp Burrito, Bean & Cheese Burrito. Two separate orders and they were BOTH ready to pick up.

The ONLY gripe I have is that any salsas you order from RUBIO’S are allotted to 3 per order…
YET, they only fill them halfway.

It is a waste of plastic containers, when Rubio’s could do better by allowing their employees to put more in each cup.

Imagine “Rubio’s Baja” rebranded into what it is now, and it is worse due to wasting plastic SOLO cups by filling anything halfway.

Way to go RUBIO’S…you’ve certainly sold away the “Baja” part of what used to be your brand.

We stopped by this location on our way to Huntington Beach. We were visiting from out of state; Texas.
Texas does not have any Rubio’s locations so every time we visit California the one place that is on my “must go” to list is Rubio’s!
The place was very clean. The staff was very nice. We were able to find a table outside that fit our group and the food was delicious!!

Made my stomach hurt never eating here again the food is horrible but their customer service is great

This was a Door Dash order but the food here is great and friendly staff .. also a clean place to enjoy with family/friends .. awesome atmosphere!!

I hate complain because I miss Rubios now that there's only this one near me. I bought their special hot nosey chicken burrito cuz looked good advertised. What got was a huge burrito alright but 65% was white rice with black beans and some guacamole but as the the chicken, I ha had miniscule few pieces. Was disappointed. I know their ad said more chicken but I hardly got any. The tangy hone sauce was nowhere to be tasted.

Absolute garbage and apathetic service. Couple high school stoners dazing in the sky; waited 20minutes for the most disgusting “burrito especial” in my entire 20year encounter with “Rubio’s”… this franchise is finished. I took one bite and threw the rest in the trashcan… keep the change.
