I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Sandbar, and a huge part of that was due to the exceptional service from Lacy! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring we had a great time.
The ambiance at Sandbar is truly something special. The vibrant, cool crowd created an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere, and the location is just unbeatable. It's the perfect spot to soak in the city vibes.
And let's talk about the food! Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. It was clear that the kitchen puts a lot of care into their dishes. What's even more impressive is how affordable everything was, especially considering the prime location.
Lacy's outstanding service elevated the entire experience. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and made us feel incredibly welcome. We will definitely be back, and we hope Lacy will be there to make our next visit just as memorable! Highly recommend Sandbar to anyone looking for great food, a cool atmosphere, and top-notch service.

Super dirty ! Seriously?
Horrible Service – Avoid This Place!

If I could give zero stars, I would! We arrived at this restaurant around 3 PM and were told to wait, even though After 30 minutes of sitting there with dirty tables all around, we asked about the wait, and all we got was a dismissive *“sorry, you have to wait.”* No explanation, no attempt to clean a table or just empty apologies with no action. Sarcastic apologies!

When I questioned why they kept saying sorry but weren’t doing anything to fix the situation, the host was sarcastically rude, smiling as if it was a joke.Completely unprofessional! They refused to answer basic questions and had zero concern for customer service. After waiting over 40 minutes we finally walked out.

This was one of the most unorganized, poorly managed restaurants I’ve ever been to.
Dirty tables, clueless staff, and a host with a horrible attitude.Don’t waste your time or money here!

Many gluten free options, wait staff accommodated well for my allergy also. The restaurant is beautiful and I love the decor. I got the shrimp and mahi enchilada and I highly recommend!

Super pretty inside and the food was pretty great too! I’d recommend to check it out if you’re from out of town or just want to spend a nice night down town. They also have tvs inside showing different sports like basketball and hockey if you’re into that.

Also they had complementary chips, salsa, and bean dip!

I got the chicken quesadilla for my meal and it was pretty great, even better as late night leftovers the next day. I did order the shredded beef quesadilla and they offered to replace it for me since they got the order wrong, but I was inbetween those two options anyways and I’m happy with my meal.

It’s one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. It gives classic Tulum vibes with the interiors

Clean, classy, friendly, prompt on a busy day. The fajita steak was the softest I’ve ever had at any restaurant! So good. Went with a toddler and sat at booth with no issues, very comfortable and not too loud for small ears like other bars. Thanks!
