Not enough parking or consideration for residents in the surrounding neighborhood. Wouldn’t recommend spending a lot for a unit here as the views won’t last - there’s already plans pending review with the City of HB to build a taller mixed use building in the lot next door when Jax Bicycle vacates in a a few years.
