I would give this a 5 star, but considering Fountain Valley is so close and has epic ramen spots…. this is a 4 for me. One of the better restaurants near the theater though.

We came here just for some bites. No ramen this time. Staff is friendly, eager to serve your food and help with anything. I love the big wave art on the wall with the several characters all over. Seating area is comfortable. My advice for the hand roll is try to eat it quickly because whenever I leave it sitting for a bit it just kinda turns a little chewy.

For me, the classic ramen here is better than the ramen restaurant, which had over a thousand reviews 5 stars in Litle Tokyo LA because the soup is more creamy and less salty.
