Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Went to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had a party of 8. Hour wait...no problem. After the hour, they call us to the counter and ask if it's OK if they seat us in two booths where the two four person groups couldn't see or talk to each other without getting up and walking around to the other booth. No, we wanted to sit together.....oh, they don't have seating for 8. They can add one chair to a table for 6 but that's the best they can do.....and they tell us after an hour of waiting. Terrible front counter customer service. I have been there before but never again. Overpriced and rude. Didn't even apologize....I'm fact she blamed us.

The food and cocktails were great. There was a lot to choose from on the menu. The service was great, the atmosphere was nice and the prices were a good deal. I highly recommend. Definitely a repeat restaurant

The reason I come here it was for this dish ,but you guys removed from the menu and its sad i love the place but it will be nice if you bring it back that plate

Likely will be our go to breakfast place. High quality food and great service. Pancakes are great. I had the chilquiles which are very good. Crispy nachos with tasty beans. Would recommend adding meat or something to it as the portion is on the small side.

The service was great! It’s in a good location with lots of parking. The serving sizes were also great. The sweet potato hash was our favorite !!!

Overall solid breakfast experience! Took my mother-in-law here for her birthday breakfast and everybody ordered something that they really enjoyed. I have a crab and asparagus omelette. All the bites with crab were really good dressing on the spinach salad was delicious. The husband loved his Benedict with habanero pork belly. I wanted to like the coffee more than I did, the service from Jazmin was great. It definitely an option to check out if you’re looking for breakfast in the area.

Tried the pumpkin spice latte, protein and veggie bowl, and Denver omelette. The food is delicious, the staff is well trained and several vegetarian options .

So good, we got there in time but it might be a wait, it was pretty busy. Amazing pancakes and French toast. Lots of the food has some random spice slipped in though if you're into that, not bad. Good drinks too, great for brunch. It wasn't too expensive, we just happened to get many drinks.

Parking: Was surrounded by parking but it is near other food places and the mall so might be little difficult depending on time of day

Dennis was incredible! Very attentive and helpful. The food was excellent! Everything we have had here has been amazing. My absolute favorite is the chile Verde Benedict with barbacoa!!

My experience here is always good! Every time I go I take somebody new. This week I took a client and the pancake of the week was pecan pancakes something, absolutely delicious... to die for! We always order our preferred breakfast meal and the pancake of the week to share! It gets a little noisy because of the open room, but that's also a reflection of everybody enjoying their food and having a good time at breakfast. Love it

I love Snooze! Been a fan and a rewards member is great. But one thing is bothering me. Why is syrup being charged just because I got the cinnamon roll Pancakes. Syrup was never charged before but now I asked for one for each pancake and was charged over two dollars for a syrup pack!😒 This bothers me I thought at least if you want syrup asking for one should not be charged. I’m disappointed in this new charge.

finally gave this place a shot. let me start by saying they have the music op very loud. you have to yell to have a conversation. Because the music was loud you can hear everyone else's conversations because they are having to speak loud. when ordering our food, we had some questions about what was marcapone sauce. I've never heard of it or seen it. the server said she didn't know what it was or what's in it. she even asked another server, and she didn't know what it was either! Great training! The food was ok, definitely nothing to jump out of bed about!
