Worst Customer Service. I ordered online and parked in the port and checked and after almost a hour of waiting I finally pushed the button to see what was the hold up and I was told I never checked in. Which I did on the app because I can see my name on the screen on the port. Girl who answered the red button was very rude. Said you never checked so thats why you never got your food. Which I stated I did and I can show on the app. She preceed to say no you didn't and said your food will be out.

The customer service is pathetic. I'm getting ready. Got 2 orders, only ordered one typical of this Sonic location. Don't come to this Sonic they're terrible.

Used to go here a lot and oftentimes eat at Sonics in other parts of the country. This location blows. I’ll place an order on the app and wait 20-40 minutes and they’ll still mess up the order. It’s also obvious there’s not enough employees working. Total bummer that this specific location is a dump.

Wont be going back just has gone down hill over the years rather just not waste my money here at this location

Dont bother ordering threw Uber eats got order completely wrong whole item's missing paid for hot fudge Sunday hot hot fudge no whipped cream payed extra for chocolate syrup nothing... lame do better

There's no other reason besides getting shakes dessert food is terrible The last time we came to the one on Beach boulevard they did not give me what I ordered which was a Reese's peanut butter cup they put some other stuff inside of it that was like part of a heath bar it was terrible I think they only have like one person making the drinks and one person maybe delivering food I have no idea to cars We usually drive through but only for dessert don't waste your time on the food it's awful

So it was a nightmare when I first got there. 3 different times I had to go inside to fix issues and the employee proceeded to argue with me and laugh at me so I asked for the manager who originally helped me, and both the manager and the girl came out and fixed the problem and comped me my drinks for the inconvenience. That's how you handle customer service issues!! 👏 👏👏Thank you Carlos and April for being the best ever and treating customers the way they should be treated! This is our fav sonic location and cause of this, will stay our fav spot!!!! 😁👍❤️

Why do the employees at Sonic always sound bored, annoyed, or depressed?
Anyway, I love coming by here after a long day at the beach with my family. The drive-up atmosphere is really cool, and the assortment of drinks is way above the bar set by McDonalds and InNOut.
Management: Tell your Gen-Z employees to crack a smile once in a while. Life could be worse.

Horrible customer service , manager accused us of trying to get free small fries 😂

They don't accept mobile pay in any form. It's time to get with the times.

The strawberry lemonade slush is what we came for.... that's it! Delish!!!
