There's no other reason besides getting shakes dessert food is terrible The last time we came to the one on Beach boulevard they did not give me what I ordered which was a Reese's peanut butter cup they put some other stuff inside of it that was like part of a heath bar it was terrible I think they only have like one person making the drinks and one person maybe delivering food I have no idea to cars We usually drive through but only for dessert don't waste your...
So it was a nightmare when I first got there. 3 different times I had to go inside to fix issues and the employee proceeded to argue with me and laugh at me so I asked for the manager who originally helped me, and both the manager and the girl came out and fixed the problem and comped me my drinks for the inconvenience. That's how you handle customer service issues!! 👏 👏👏Thank you Carlos and April for being the best ever and treating customers the way they should...
