The food here hits and the ambiance is well maintained, however you see some opportunities and wear and tear in the menus and other various hand written signs placed around the restaurant. The service is okay, nothing negative but nothing to really write home about. This place is a solid and trendy but very straight forward burger place at the end of the day.

I am a regular client that goes every week and always has a good experience. But on March 29, my friends and I were sitting at the bar and felt the cold breeze from outside and so did other customers. I spoke to the manager named Jose because he kept opening the door after another customer closed it twice. Jose the manager got angry at me for asking why he couldn't keep the door closed and his response was that people were gonna think the restaurant was closed. He then goes on to threaten me and say he would kick me out because he was the manager.

Food was good, but we felt bad about the upselling techniques used by the waitress. Please ask about what comes with the food, never go by the waiter or waitress's tempting words, if you did so, the restaurant will surprise you with their checkbook. We ordered 6 main course dishes, the waitress asked us what would you like to have for the side, with the options onion rings and fries. We thought onion ring will be a good option (usually the portion will be less when it comes with the food). Such a stupidity, we didn't even realize when we received the rings, the portions were large. We allowed them to serve all 6 orders in the end when we asked she said it was a side order. She is not even cared to realize our point, we just walked out paying additional 60$ just for the rings alone. Stacked is out of my stack while other good options are around.

It's an ok place but just a glorified patio area. Drinks tasted as though they were using 80's standards of 1short per drink. Food, don't make this place your main meal.

Opening Day 2024! What a great place for food, drinks, and sports. Outdoor patio is awesome. Make sure to get some wings and a patty melt. Staff was great and accommodating for our group of 6. Go Braves!

Beyond dead on a Wednesday but takes over 40 minutes to get my food we ordered. I am beyond flabbergasted. Place is disgusting and food was cold when it finally came out and got our order incorrect. Waitress was really nice that was the only positive.

Overpriced for small-portioned average food. Buy a burger and pay extra for fries. Knock-off pizookie but more expensive. Stood waiting at the door for a few minutes with no one there to greet or seat us. Open-air, no windows feel is novel and cool but not at night when it's cold. Menus were pretty beat up and sticky. Hard time finding the restroom with it being a darker ambience and the sign in blue chalk on a blackboard.

The fries I got today might have been some of the worst restaurant fries I'd ever have. No reason to ever visit this spot anymore, you can accomplish everything else at Red Robin.

This place is for anyone with low standards-- from the mediocre, blandly spiced food to the aluminum trays that some items get served on this place reeks of an business that is working extremely hard to give you as little as possible for as big a charge that they can get away with. It's not a surprise that this chain was started by the duo that founded BJ's Pizza chain--that place is dreck as well. Do yourself a favor and go to Norm's or another diner--food will be comparable or better and at a much lower price. My server Michael W did his job very well

I love sitting by the big open windows. Light and pleasant! It's great to be able to select your ingredients, especially since I tend to eat vegan. Servers are friendly.

Below average burger. Had scoop of dry Mac n cheese, burger patty was small asked for medium and was more than well done =cost was $17.25 came with no fries had to buy separate. Went with 3 other friends and all were very unimpressed. First and last visit. Expensive and disappointing. We did have a nice waitress.
