This Starbucks in downtown HB offers great customer service, a remodelled interior, and a generally short wait time. The friendly staff, including Phil, provide excellent service and recognize regular customers by name. Mobile orders are accurately prepared, and the staff's cheerful attitude makes a big difference. Enjoy a great cup of coffee with a smile, although note that there is no customer restroom.
