Ordered my daily drink, pink drink, and it had solid brown glob on top. I asked what was it and they guy says vanilla bean powder. I ask why would u put it on top and not shake in and he walks off. No offer to remake or anything. Getting refund was like pulling teeth. Then asked for receipt to show it went back on my card and she got pissy saying printer wasn't working. Told her I ain't leaving without it and finally after pushing alot of buttons I got one.

I live a block away from this Starbucks. For two years now every day I preorder the same drink. Every morning. I get the same drink. And every morning they make the drink wrong. I order ahead. And I look at the receipt on the cup when I pick it up. and it says exactly what I want. There is only one person who actually reads and gets it right . But I don’t get him all the time. And I’m so tired of always having to say something to them. For two years now every morning. . Im done . Once my money runs out on the app I will never go back

I can't recommend this place; It has very bad customer service, there are very few places to sit down, it has no public bathrooms and it is very difficult to find parking.Parking: It is very difficult to find parking, you must find a parking lot and walk to this place...
