Rude partners and take a very long time to take your order even when they have no one in a drive-thru.
Tonight during operating hours they didn’t take my order for a long time and didn’t greet or say anything. I drove thru and employees were just talking to eachother.
My father and I have been meeting at this Starbucks location for close to five years multiple times per month.
At first, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was impeccable. Now? You're interrogated about whether you made a purchase to use the bathroom. Additionally, the staff seems overworked and busy, and there are often solicitors around the exterior.
For context regarding the bathroom policy: whoever gets there first purchases the other a drink - this time, my dad bought coffee for us and we met outside of the establishment. I went to use the bathroom, and because I threw my drink out before entering, they assumed I was not a customer.
When I asked to use the bathroom, the staff proceeded to ask me if I made a purchase and told me that the bathroom was for customers only. When I explained that I already ordered (although it was my dad who ordered for us), they asked if it was via mobile, if I had proof, etc. Thankfully, they recognized my dad once he walked over and let me use the bathroom. But even then, they were curt and seemed annoyed I even asked - mumbling the code only to yell it after.
My dad and I have spent thousands at this Starbucks, so it's depressing to see what it's become. I felt embarrassed and it was as if they thought of me as not worthy of using their bathroom.

I always start my day with a drive-through soy latte—but what really makes my mornings special is the incredible team at this location.
Big shoutout to David, who has been consistently kind and welcoming since the very first day I started coming here over a year ago. Whether it’s a warm smile, a fun little chat, or just his all-around great energy, David truly makes a difference. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and that positivity sets the tone for the rest of my day.
Sometimes I get a cute note on my cup, which always brings a smile to my face—whoever’s behind that, thank you!
The rest of the crew is amazing too—Sienna, Shayla, Chris, Angus, Sean, and Tianna—you all help create such a friendly and upbeat environment.

Hit or miss. Some baristas are really friendly and some others are not. Been coming here since 2020
From someone who’s worked in costumer service, SHEESH. I get it I’ve had bad days too but I was taught to put on a brave face when I’m working. If you still want to be paid that is.
The two women today working drive through with the insane attitudes, like.. WOW… the Eyeroll after you handed me my drinks was insane 🤣 I have no idea what I did to you to receive such awful service but I sincerely hope that made your day much better.
Whoever took my order gave me an attitude with her response when I had asked if they had matcha since the last few times I’ve gone you guys were out of it. Sue me. Anywho… I get to the window and the women there taking my payment just looks so damn unhappy. Most baristas either make small conversation or you know do something else while they wait for my dumbass to find my app, truly appreciate those who are patient. I don’t think she liked my “sheesh” comment my apologies it just came out. I am better than that. She then proceeded to have someone else hand me my drinks and she was even worse. Sweetie.. eyerolls are my thing, they don’t work on me. Passive aggressiveness is so overrated. My 7 year old even questioned her attitude… that’s saying something. Thank you though any chance I can teach my son a valuable lesson is a good day :)

Bad listeners of baristas So I used the drive thru first ! I asked for a large cup of coffee ! They gave me an over filled cup of coffee - with no sugar at all - that kept dripping on my suit and my car’s seat I went back inside Starbucks and I complained about what they did the barista did the same thing no sugar over filled cup and again stained my suit ! stupidity !!

Service was very structured, efficient and timely, but not as friendly as other Starbucks. It's a busy place but other Starbucks are much more lively.
The staff and the atmosphere is awesome. The hot chocolate however is a huge disappointment. I have been to 3 and all of them were disappointing. I've tried to add more chocolate or syrup still...its watery. Inandout's hot chocolate is almost half the price and delicious in comparison.
