I went to this Starbucks yesterday I asked for light ice when I got my ice latte it was packed with ice I guess they put extra ice so I asked the barista to remake it she grabbed my drink rolled her eyes and remade my drink when she gave it to me it looked like pure milk it wasn’t even close to the color it was before she remade it I always order ā€œlight iceā€ in my venti lattes and I’ve never had this issue also I couldn’t even taste the coffee in my drink i ended up throwing my drink away. I went in Saturday dec 26 about 1:30 pm the barista has long black hair wears a lot of makeup she’s very rude to the guests not going there ever again everyone else was very nice and in the holiday spirit stay away from the grinch…

More than half the drink was ice. Not sure how much it cuts down on cost because I believe rent and employee pay is by far the largest of the overhead cost. So cutting down on an extra inch of drink is shortsighted. I won't be coming back to Starbucks ever. Congratulations Starbucks for saving maybe 50 cents at the cost of repeated business in hundreds or possibly thousands, depending on the customer.

I absolutely love this location. Friendliest baristas, drive thru is always fast & my drink is always consistent unlike some other locations. The barista’s always ask me how I’m doing because they recognize my mobile order which brightens my day all the time. Im normally on my way to sit in traffic so my coffee is a must. Whoever manages this store should be very proud.

This location is my favorite place to get my Starbucks drinks. I’m always greeted and serviced in a timely manner. The staff are always very friendly. Aaron is always amazing and very nice. Tori is always extremely helpful. I always recommend this location to all of my family and friends.

This location is never overly packed so you can get in and out quickly, and the drive-through isn't a crazy long wait. The inside is kept clean and the outdoor seating is a nice touch.

I usually go to this location and never have any issues, but I wanted to share this picture of the sugar-free vanilla protein latte my husband purchased yesterday — it came out tasting really bad. He called customer service and they processed a return, but he was already on his way to work and couldn’t stop to get another coffee. Very frustrating.

I bought a drink for $3.55 and they said it wasn't handcrafted, is there somewhere in writing where I could see handcrafted is it a trademark or an actual dictionary meaning? I refuse to give me my passion tea refill. I ordered a doppio con pana with oatmeal.

Waited 5 minutes to order and she got the order wrong.It wasn't so much the wait.There was a woman standing around pretending to be busy.I stood there thinking maybe she doesn't work the register nope she took a order from the guy after me.There woman who made my latte 2x was awesome.Thanx for the reply with a link that doesn't work. The woman working the front DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW with the yellow highlights in the front of her hair was very rude to us. We asked if there were any military discounts. She didn't respond. She kept asking why we're asking that or asked us to repeat ourselves then when she finally understood, she just shook her head in No. And then we asked for straws and then she asked how many do we need and we asked for 4 because we had four drinks and then she had attitude and more rigid looks and annoyed face at us. We will not be returning to this Starbucks. The drive-through service with the lady with the blonde highlights in the front of her hair has terrible customer service and she should be removed from the drive-through window we won't be returning. very unsatisfactory customer service
