Adrianna was so nice and welcoming! She kept communicating with me the whole time regarding my order. I wasn't in a rush but she was still helpful letting me know. I came here about three times and each time she had great energy speaking with all the customers that walked in, those that were ordering, those waiting for their order, and those that were leaving. She really does it all!

Everytime I go into the Bolsa and Edward's location, Ariann is SO friendly. She never fails to greet everyone who comes in with a positive manner. This location is also so fast with orders.

Ariann is SO kind (hope I'm not butchering the spelling of her name lol)! She made this location my favorite Starbucks location of all time! I'll drive farther away from home and come around 6pm (on a Thursday) just to enjoy her company. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, she made me feel super comfortable and I couldn't ask for better customer service. SHE DESERVES A RAISE ASAP!!!! Thanks Ariann for just being a light, you never know how much that can affect someone's day.

Wonderful Starbucks location. It’s relatively quiet in the evenings with just a few regulars working at the tables. Jay was especially amazing, and she made two drinks in 5 minutes!

I drink Doppio Espresso every day, so I know how good it is. However, many times, the staff here make my drink with old coffee grounds, so it turns out watery instead of a true espresso. Moreover, after I got my drink, they laughed with each other, not realizing how customers feel.

I hardly leave reviews but I do have to mention what happened to me today. I ordered 2 Venti Caramel Frapp and 1 Tall Caramel Frapp, The cashier charged me for all 3 . The ladies there ended up giving me only 1 Venti Frapp and 1 Tall caramel frapp. I told the cashier that I’m still missing the other Venti caramel frapp, then She said that she “”forgot” they ended up making it for me but she charged me again! For the 1 venti Frapp they forgot to make me! I did not realize this until I got home and looked at the receipt clearly. I ended up paying twice for 1 Venti frapp! This is ridiculous! I’m very upset, They need to focus more on what they are doing! SMH

After having such a bad experience from the location on Natal and Goldenwest and not knowing what to do I drove straight here. And I'm so glad i did. As soon as I walked in the manager on duty noticed me immediately and the two drinks I was holding. I explained to her what I ordered and what was given to me and how the barista from the other location tried to tell me I was incorrect and insisted they were okay. The manager at this location was shocked. She took one look and knew the drinks weren't okay. She insisted on helping me. She asked her baristas to make me a new drink and to wait just a few minutes as they were busy. And I'm so glad she did. The drink was perfect. It was the right color and taste. Everyone at this location was beyond amazing this morning and I'm really thankful for them.

They made a small mistake on my order, offered for me to keep that one and make me another.
There is good amount of space to sit & enjoy a drink as well as plenty of tables with nearby outlets to work.
And the music playlist is wonderful- full of Jazzy and bluesy tunes. Such positive vibes all around.

The clerk wouldn't let me used the bathroom unless I bought a drink. I told her I drove from Long Beach. She didn't care about me. She said"They are closing early today at 6:00pm. What horrible customer service!!!The same clerk asked another customer to leave because she wanted to go home. I was frustrated, upset, and angry.
