The clerk wouldn't let me used the bathroom unless I bought a drink. I told her I drove from Long Beach. She didn't care about me. She said"They are closing early today at 6:00pm. What horrible customer service!!!The same clerk asked another customer to leave because she wanted to go home. I was frustrated, upset, and angry.

This starbucks is in such a cute location on the corner of the westminster mall. Every time i place a mobile order here the employees are quick with making it and always have a kind attitude which makes my day. Will always keep coming here :)

Wow I'd never think to write a review for a Starbucks but this location has given me the worst service I've ever experienced at one. The cashier while taking my order doesn't give me my receipt she starts chatting to a coworker and ignores me standing there for two minutes. Then when I pick up my order they forget to include one of the baked goods I purchased. When I mentioned wanting my receipt and the employee forgetting it the other girl ignored my inquiries and just gave me the missing cake. Didn't even acknowledge they didn't give me my comments about the receipt. Also the latte I got tasted garbage. It was so bad I took three sips and couldn't force myself to down another sip so I threw it in the trash. Bad food and horrible service. Management needs to train their employees better cause wow your employees suck
