This location cheats their clients. I paid for a Blonde Americano. I took a sip and it tasted like burned drip coffee. All for $4.55! I drove off and was too far away when I sipped and found out. I hate incompetency and cheaters. To top it off the coffee was at a boiling temperature. Burned my tongue on the first sip!

The most disgusting sturbucks I ever walked in . I asked them for a glass of water and they refuse to give it me saying that I need to buy something . At some point where is the human decency , to serve a glass of water .. How much bussienss are they loosing by giving someone water . Ugly human beings that work there

They let me use the restroom b4 I made my order. 5/5 knowledgeable staff, and cool atmosphere.

In drive thru, had finished my cigarette in my car. Pull up to the window. Paid for my 2 coffees. I hear from a female and the male saying to me, next time put your cigarette out before pulling up to the window. Then the male proceeds to continue quoting laws per california law. Hmmm, interesting i replied, im in my own damn car.... My husband a retired attorney has some discovery in which you may find interesting and also on your part - a violation & harassment in which I do intend to file several complaints individually against your entity.
Careful of who your employees start quoting law to in the future.

Simple order mocha no whip. Delicious as usual.

Made my beverage precisely how I wanted it and was served in a timely manner by friendly and attentive staff members

Most dysfunctional Starbucks I know. Barely friendly, not attentive, mediocre service. Opening, or rather admission hours are a lottery. I ran into closed doors already a couple of times, most recently today at 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday. I'll AVOID this location until they got back to a less hostile business behavior.

The drinks here taste so much better than the one near my house. Even my son said that when he tasted his drink. You really can't mess up an iced coffee but now that I tasted an iced coffee from bolsa chica state beach starbucks, I think my neighborhood strabucks needs training from this place.

ONCE AGAIN you have delivery trucks parking in my front yard !!! I call … ask nicely move the truck. No respect… instead I have to walk over and ask for you to NOT PARK YOUR DELIVERY TRUCK IN MY FRONT YARD !!!
The lack of consideration is pathetic !!! You are blowing your fumes right in my front door.
