I just went to this Starbucks and ordered 2 venti mango drangonfruit lemonade without ice. When I returned to work my friend and I started drinking them and they were super watered down and had no flavor. Into the trashcan they went. Starbucks is pricey so you'd expect to get what you paid for. 😠 😡 😤

This is not my favorite Starbucks. It used to be nice and open, with tables and chairs. It was remodeled about 3 years ago, and they took away the tables. Now, it just has a counter, and the store is very stark. That being said, the drinks are still typically Starbucks, and the baristas are nice. Apparently, I'm not the only one who feels this way, as we were told that another remodel is on the way to restore it to the way it was. Go figure.

Worst customer service from all the starbucks the Lady did not even say hi she ignored me for 5 minutes and my drinks were ready and she didnt even call my name. Love starbucks but dont come to this location

Just as anyone, I've been to hundreds of Starbucks. That's how I know this one is supreme. I'm pretty certain it's because this girl named Carly has worked here for over 10 years. She's probably the manager or co-owner. If not, I hope so.

I was just in their drive thru. The person in front of me ordered a a venti double chocolate chip frappe and they gave her a small. So she waiting a few minutes for them to redo it. I ordered a grande double chocolate chip frappe. My frappe had so much whip cream all at the bottom filed half way with lots of chocolate syrup on the bottom. And the rest was my frappe. I should’ve gone back but as a mom of 2 under 2 yrs old. It would’ve been a waste of time.

Don't let the photos fool you. This Starbucks is the latest in their trend to get rid of all seating. The only reason I go to Starbucks and pay 2x a reasonable cost for my drink + tip is to study and use wifi... so I won't be going here ever again.

I Order here regularly and most of the time good service, and friendly faces . But if a new employee makes my drink it usually tastes pretty bad and I have to ask for a remake. There is one manager who likes to shout and make a scene about things in regard to your order when you ask a question. She’s not very good at listening, kind of likes to gas light her customers, I’ve seen it happen to others and not just myself. She argued with me about oatmeal toppings and said I added to my favorites with toppings: not the case because the oatmeal comes with two toppings, I feel like she wanted people to hear her instead of talking to me as a person .But most of the employees are very kind and hard working. I just feel like they are overwhelmed with mobile orders and there should be a better system, because customer service has gone out the window since mobile ordering took over.

As a former barista for over 9 years I have never been so disappointed in a coffee shop in my life. My husband and I go to Starbucks everyday before I go to work , almost every time there is an issue , whether it's there cashiers not stirring simple cups of coffee when I ask for cream in it they always put milk throw the sugar in and never stir it! Who on earth gets paid 20.00 an hour and can't simply stir a coffee . We come every day for over four months and they don't even recognize us. We always tip two dollars too ! Yesterday ordered a SHAKEN espresso and the girl in the drive thru was extremely rude . After waiting nine minutes in the drive thru we pre-ordered our drinks online so it would be an easy and simple pick up through the drive-thru only got to the window the girl had our drinks and the drinks again didn't even look stirred and in this scenario it was called a shaken espresso hence why it should be shaken this looked like a caramel macchiato that was absolutely not mixed again we asked kindly if she could mix them for us and then she simply said well do you need a stir you can shake it yourself I was livid about this and I am so disappointed I have never seen such a horrible coffee shop poorly managed or ran these employees need several and better training older people that can give them the direct training that they need properly because a simple stir stick should be used when someone orders a coffee with cream or sugar in it this is happened way too many times and this is becoming a very big issue with me I'm not trying to be a Karen but when I order espresso shaking espresso and the rudeness and meanness and unfriendliness is absolutely ridiculous I've never been so disappointed in a coffee shop in my life and if they weren't the only coffee shop around here I would absolutely go somewhere else if I could I really hope they start to get their act together because for $20 an hour they really need up their game
