I went through the drive thru around 11am and the plus size woman with glasses and light brown hair taking my order was incredibly rude. Raising her voice at me and snapping at me. I'm not sure if she was the manager since she was wearing a black apron and I couldn't get her name since she had her arms to her chest on her phone but this sort of behavior is not okay. I was incredibly patient only to be met with such mean behavior. The other girl at the window who charged me was very nice but the other employee definitely needs a lesson in basic manners. Won't be back .

After a recent unpleasant experience at a different store this was nothing short of a breath of fresh air.We opted for a mobile order this time and the drinks were made promptly and properly.The staff are always hustling in any Starbucks store, but sometimes that comes at the expense of a less-friendly experience. That wasn't the case in this store. They took the few seconds needed to make me feel valued as a customer.

Terrible customer service every single time after several visits over the course of a year. Will be avoiding this Starbucks simply due to the horrible, impolite workers. The food is fine, the drinks are not as good as other locations.

Pumpkin cream chai tea taste gross! First time trying it and will be the last time! I keep giving SB a chance but it always disappoints me all the time! I wish I have 7 leaves coffee close to my house!

Always so clean inside and everyone is so kind! This is one of my favorites and I have no idea what's taken me so long to review it. It's always fun when you know your baristas by name (looking at you, Fawn) and you get that amazing smile accompanied by a friendly "good morning" while I'm on my way to work. Thanks for making my days even better.

The staff at this location is incredibly rude and they charge 80 cents for an extra splash of cream inside of your coffee cup.

I get basically the same thing every time i go. Caramel frap with coconut milk. Tell me why, sometimes, i receive it with caramel dripped down the sides with caramel on top of whipped cream, and sometimes it is just the drink with no caramel anywhere to be seen?? Ill have to pay closer attention to see if it’s the barista or the store itself.

We had gone to a different Starbucks to n our way to the beach but the order was wrong. We decided to stop at this Starbucks and Mimi was so sweet and delightful when she found out what happened she was so kind and professional. These are the types of employees companies need to acknowledge and be thankful they have. Mimi you rock!!!!!!

I only go to this location because it's along my way to the freeway in the morning. Hoenstly though, the morning crews are so rude that I'm considering just driving to a different spot not to deal with such subpar customer service. I purposely don't go through the drive thru any longer because I've learned that checking your order for accuracy at this location is necessary. No cream in my coffee. Missing blueberries (when they were in stock), forgetting to add agave syrup to my bag. The more I'm writing this, the more I'm wondering why I keep subjecting myself to this store! I will say that I've had better customer service experiences with their afternoon crews, but the morning crew is plain rude.

This Starbucks is really inconsistent with their drink quality. Half the time they butcher simple drinks like forgetting vanilla in their caramel macchiato or skipping out on the fruit bits in their refreshers. And their drink prices aren't cheap, so if they want to charge third wave coffee prices they better put out a drink made to spec at the very least.
