I really liked this Starbucks. The cozy furniture made it a comfortable place to sit and relax, and the inside was big and spacious, which never felt crowded. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I also loved that it’s pet-friendly. Overall, a great Starbucks with a warm and welcoming vibe. ☕🐾

This location has so much character and a great overall vibe. The seating is comfortable both inside and outside, and everything is kept very clean, which makes it a pleasant place to relax. The outdoor seating is a big plus, especially for those who prefer a little extra space. Despite being across the street from Huntington Beach High School and often busy, the store stays well maintained. The staff is friendly, attentive, and provides great customer service, the drinks are consistently excellent, and the matcha latte is my personal favorite.

I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel and to line the cup with caramel. This is one of my usual orders, I order it this way as I love caramel and like having a bit extra. However the drink I received barely had any caramel and it was quite disappointing. I know a drink not having enough caramel to my personal standard shouldn’t ruin an entire persons day but it was birthday drink and I was really looking forward to having the extra caramel.

This is my routine Starbuck. Today I came in pick up my Starbucks and there a message on my cup with a steering stick on top of my cup ready for me. Eventhrough the stick already available at the counter for everyone. A member here today 1/29/2025 still take out the time to give this personal touch. I want to commend this beautiful heart felt action. Thank you for making my day brighter 🙏

Placed a mobile order. Went inside to pick up the order and had to take a look at the wonderful cup selection! Everything was so neat, organized, and clean. I ended up redeeming points and got two tumblers! Staff were professional and very friendly. Great location!

I ordered an americano, hot, could tell that the kids didn’t know what they were doing (no I’m not gonna speak to the kids directly, they probably don’t even have their food handlers card, I’ll just go straight to the top) ESPECIALLY when they poured water in my coffee. Bro you don’t think I’ll notice that it’s watered down? I’ll be speaking to the general manager in the morning or the next time he comes in

I've been to a lot of starbucks and coffee shops. Some are too small or even too big...some are not too friendly or too extreme in other ways. This is the best starbucks in OC. It has this peaceful cozy fireplace-like Christmas-ee vibe even during the summer balanced with a atmosphere that makes you get a lot of work or studying done if that's also what you need.
