Great but AC is too strong in terms of how much air comes out and cold. Need to decrease the strength of it

I stopped by for a egg/bacon sandwich and a pup cup for my dog. They are fast, friendly, and the food is awesome.

I go to this starbucks almost daily. The drinks/food are almost perfect so I definitely recommend. My drink is made perfectly maybe 70-80% of the time. There are days where little effort is put in though, and it shows. You might ask for extra this or less of that, sometimes even pay more for it, but they don’t care. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve asked for less ice or extra cold foam, and they do the opposite. I get almost a full cup of ice or barely any cold foam. Now I don’t care a lot since it’s often made well but it would be nice for full effort all the time since that’s what they’re being paid for.

By far, the best Starbucks on the planet! The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I stopped in to use the restroom, I ordered a drink and proceeded to the bathroom. There was no toilet paper, so I asked to use the other restroom. I was told “it’s not in service” I waited for a while. Someone else came up and said there is no toilet paper and was let into the “out of service” restroom.
All their drinks suck, everything is watered down & doesn’t taste like it does at other locations. Even if you ask them to remake it, they still give you watered down drinks & the barista gets an attitude about it. I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location now that has a drive thru. I can see from past reviews this is a consistent issue, why not fix it & retrain your baristas? You’re losing customers.
