This is the absolute worst Starbucks. I think the water they use is bad or the filters they use aren't working. Always taste bad relative to the other ones. I would avoid for health reasons

Never thought I'd be writing a review for Starbucks but here I am. The employees at this location are beyond rude. I've been going here for years and as a fellow service industry worker I always try to be nice and accommodating. On numerous occasions I have been made to feel like I am bothering them or an inconvenience when I order. Recently I've been having my drinks made wrong and when I ask them to remake them (which I hate having to do) I get met with more frustration from employees. I started taking my drinks to a different location to be remade and the staff is more than friendly and even apologetic for something that isn't their fault. Maybe this location is under staffed so everybody is on edge trying to do everything at once? The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the ambiance of this location is pretty nice on the instide with good seating and lots of space.

I have my first cup of coffee at home and then when I get on the road to start my day I go here to get my Venti Americano HOT with some light ice to cool it off so I can drink it. I just want that extra kick of espresso while I'm on the road. They get my order right sometimes. Other times they hand me an iced americano or they hand me the hot americano with no ice and I have to hand it back and tell them to add ice. Very nice staff and again sometimes they get it right but in order for me to give a 5 star review there has to be some consistency.

All their drinks suck, everything is watered down & doesn’t taste like it does at other locations. Even if you ask them to remake it, they still give you watered down drinks & the barista gets an attitude about it. I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location now that has a drive thru. I can see from past reviews this is a consistent issue, why not fix it & retrain your baristas? You’re losing customers.

Good customer service but they can't make the Honey Citrus Mint Tea correctly to save their life! I've ordered it 3 times from this specific location & it's always watered down. I don't know what they are doing wrong but it just doesn't taste right, please work on that, that's my favorite drink & I like this location but if they can't get it right, I'll have to drive further to a different location.

Drive thru super slow.... like 5-6 cars ahead took longer than 30 mins to get my mobile order. Also note that if you mobile order the prices are slightly hire than if you were to order at the drive thru...ie. my Apple Crisp Macchiato was $6.45 on drive thru menu but on my mobile order it charged $6.75.

I've never ever gotten a consistently good drink w them, literally thought Starbucks drinks were just bad at this point, but it was literally this location just not making them correctly :'))) Last frap I got was literally just watery blended ice as if it had been sitting on the counter. The sweet foam nitro cold brew I got today literally has no foam even on the top and is luke warm???Update: the Starbucks off Brookhurst has revived me, they actually correctly make ur drinks there and CARE to do so!! thought Starbucks drinks were just bad at this point, but it was literally this location just not making them correctly

never thought i would be writing a review for a starbucks but this location continues to go above and beyond every-time i visit. brunette girl with the mask working at 12:30 on 7/11 literally went above and beyond with her customer service, she was so sweet!! even with annoying requests, this location is so attentive. drinks and food are always spot on. lots of seating inside and a quiet environment perfect for getting work done! highly recommend this location :)

Parker pulled my order last minute for a traveler pack and was totally accommodating over the phone.. Great spot, clean, ample parking, outside seating, huge inside... My go to spot!

I want to start by saying the staff at this location are always very nice, I have never had someone be rude in any way. My review is not based on their service, it is solely based on the product.The drink I get is now $6.75 for a grande as Starbucks raised their prices. I did not used to say anything if my drink did not taste how it’s supposed to, but now it’s just a tad bit frustrating to say the least as I’m throwing money away. When you sell something the flavor should not change. You use the same ingredients day after day and the drink should taste the same, yet it tastes different every time.The inconsistency has made it so I don’t even want to go, as I just get disappointed when my drink taste like I’m drinking pure syrup.I was refunded for my drink, but sadly won’t be going back.
