Horrible service. They had 7 baristas all just joking around and laughing and not pay attention to the online orders. Got there, 5 minutes after appointed time and neither if the drinks were ready. He overfilled my drink without cleaning it up afterwards. My Iced Brown Sugar oatmilk Shaken Espresso was HORRIBLE.

The service here was absolutely terrible. They took forever to make my drink and it was a mobile order when I got there. My drink wasn’t even started. I asked them if they could please add ice to my drink. I was told that there might be a price change and that they would, accommodate me this time. I told him I have no problem paying for the difference. I was told that I would get an iced beverage. When they called my name, the drink was extremely hot and I walked out of that store. I will never go to the Starbucks ever again , I am a loyal Starbucks customer and I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated.

Went to meet a friend for coffee at Starbucks on Bolsa Chica and Heil and I could not believe that there was not anywhere that allowed seating inside or outside. No chairs no benches no nothing. Ended up leaving.
This Starbucks has great customer service. I liked how they listened when I wanted to get a coffee with less calories. They suggested different options. Great coffee.

It's always a pleasant experience when I come to get my cup of coffee, it always tastes great and fresh. The employees great, welcoming, and very friendly. This is my favorite location.
