Went to meet a friend for coffee at Starbucks on Bolsa Chica and Heil and I could not believe that there was not anywhere that allowed seating inside or outside. No chairs no benches no nothing. Ended up leaving.

One of the worst Starbucks I've been to. They fill your hot drink about 3/4 of the way, then act like they're doing you a favor when you ask them to fill up the drink you just paid $6 for. They act as if they're doing you a favor when filling up the drink they shorted you on and even say "oh no worries." After this another employee had some sarcastic remark before the insincere "have a nice day" as I walk out. I'm not sure how this place stays open, this isn't the first time they've messed up my drink and then had attitude. Once they completely messed up a Frap, made a coffee instead of mocha chip, the tried to act like I was in the wrong when I'm looking at the picture of the drink I ordered on my phone, again acting like they were doing me a favor by making the drink I ordered, with a side of sassy attitude as they did it. So poor customer service, poorly made drinks that also tasted off, and a side of sarcasm. I'll go 1 block down the road from now on.

It's always a pleasant experience when I come to get my cup of coffee, it always tastes great and fresh. The employees great, welcoming, and very friendly. This is my favorite location.

Went to the 6100 Warner ave store in HB 30 mins before closing and the store was locked with people cleaning inside. Mind you this was 6:30pm and the store hours online are until 7pm. Store personnel proceeded to ignore us. 6:30pm on a Friday.. really?? Other comments here have noted bad attitude here, I get it now. Do yourself a favor, lots of other places sell mediocre coffee drinks, consider going elsewhere instead. No need to deal with this nonsense.

Who doesn't love Starbucks? Service with a smile. Always welcome you as you enter. Drinks made to order. What's not to like?

When I go to Starbucks, I love this Huntington Beach location. The workers are very kind and always service you with a smile, even early in the morning! I like to get their matcha tea latte, hot with two extra scoops of matcha than the norm. It makes it a lot more matcha tasting. It’s delicious! I always get plant-based milk with my drinks, either oat and soy which go great with the matcha. I highly recommend this HB Starbucks ☺️?

Love it. They did my coffee drink great, just be very specific and review what they wrote and taste test before you leave the store. Plus everyone is nice if they messed up ur order.

I have been coming to this Starbucks location at least once a week since it opened. I order the same drink Almost every single time and most of the time, my order comes out wrong. I always ask for my drink to not have any foam on it. Almost every time I get my drink, I have to check it because they almost always put foam on it. And, they don't fill it up. Some of the time the baristas are nice about it and fix it for me. Today I got a young lady who seemed very irritated that I asked her to take the foam off of my drink and add more nonfat milk. 3 Days ago a young man was rude about fixing my drink as well. Why am I being treated poorly when it was them who made my drink wrong. Sometimes they put foam on it, sometimes they make it extra hot instead of warm which I ask for. And, sometimes times they put more espresso than I ask for. (I always order a single shot Venti size) it gets very frustrating! I do mobile order so it should be easy to follow the customization. I hope that Starbucks corrects these problems so I can have a good experience instead of a bad ones.
