kelsea was absolutely incredible when i went in this morning during red cup day. she was so kind & warm to everyone, even while multitasking, despite how busy it was. she kept a smile on her face & was so lovely. wonderful experience getting coffee this morning !!

Whoever made this work of art brown sugar shaken expresso at 5:07pm on Thursday this was the best one I have ever tasted in a long time thank you so much this drink was beautiful and made my entire day I will only be coming to this location for my shaken expresso now.

Dear Starbucks,
I made a purchase through the drive-thru. After receiving my order, I parked in front of the store for about 20 minutes. When I went inside to use the restroom, I was told by an employee named Maribel that I could not use the restroom unless I made an additional purchase inside the store.
This was especially upsetting because I was experiencing a medical emergency and urgently needed to use the restroom. Despite having already made a purchase, I was denied access, which caused unnecessary stress and discomfort.
As a paying customer, I should not have been refused use of the facilities. I kindly ask that this matter be addressed and that clarification and retraining be provided to staff so this does not happen to others in similar situations.

i ordered three drinks and they gave me 2 straws. we waited around 3 minutes for the guy with black hair and the ponytail to come back to the window. i asked him for a straw and he said i gave u 2 and i replied we got 3 drinks and he just had overall an attitude for no reason?

Fix your tap to pay. I chose $1.00 and it didn’t work and then I chose none and it didn’t work and then i had to choose $5.00 for it to work and then I said it out loud only $5.00 works. And he didn’t say anything. Seems about right for this location based on the other reviews.
