Whoever made this work of art brown sugar shaken expresso at 5:07pm on Thursday this was the best one I have ever tasted in a long time thank you so much this drink was beautiful and made my entire day I will only be coming to this location for my shaken expresso now.

Dear Starbucks,
I made a purchase through the drive-thru. After receiving my order, I parked in front of the store for about 20 minutes. When I went inside to use the restroom, I was told by an employee named Maribel that I could not use the restroom unless I made an additional purchase inside the store.
This was especially upsetting because I was experiencing a medical emergency and urgently needed to use the restroom. Despite having already made a purchase, I was denied access, which caused unnecessary stress and discomfort.
As a paying customer, I should not have been refused use of the facilities. I kindly ask that this matter be addressed and that clarification and retraining be provided to staff so this does not happen to others in similar situations.

i ordered three drinks and they gave me 2 straws. we waited around 3 minutes for the guy with black hair and the ponytail to come back to the window. i asked him for a straw and he said i gave u 2 and i replied we got 3 drinks and he just had overall an attitude for no reason?

Fix your tap to pay. I chose $1.00 and it didn’t work and then I chose none and it didn’t work and then i had to choose $5.00 for it to work and then I said it out loud only $5.00 works. And he didn’t say anything. Seems about right for this location based on the other reviews.

This Starbucks makes the best drinks. Some of the staff is very friendly and seeing Abel always brightens my day :3 (Very LGBTQ+ friendly location <3)
Unfortunately the worst customer service from rude morning shift. Sadly it’s the closest Starbucks, so I’ll better switch to something else

I’ve been to this Starbucks before and I’ve spent way too much money on Starbucks in my lifetime. I come in and I asked to use the restroom and the employee replies it’s for customers only… lol very rude and disrespectful. So I’m forced to buy a little snack and I just said you can have it.
She seemed like she didn’t enjoy her job either.
Probably shouldn’t be representing Starbucks.
Maybe she just had a bad day, so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt, but also this review to reflect this terrible experience.

They’re too concerned early in the morning about the drive-through with 15 people in line to have a person working the register for the people who wanna walk up get a cup of coffee and leave. Don’t show up at 8 o’clock in the morning there too too busy.
