This store has an environment that is opposite of what Starbucks represents. There is a rude employee who is very disrespectful. She gets away with this because her boyfriend is the store manager. I was in there a couple of weeks ago. She failed to secure the lid on my coffee. I know she did it intentionally. The coffee wasted in my car and she blamed it on me. I was in there yesterday and she called the police on a man she claimed threatened her life. I believe she was lying. I have phoned the distinct manager about this employee and he hasn't returned my calls. My question is why is Starbucks allowing a couple one subordinate to the other to work in the same environment. It's obvious this isn't a good idea as her boyfriend refuses to hold her accountable. Stay away from this location. Beach and Atlanta Huntington Beach I am trying to insert district manager but it won't allow so that others ignore because of typo

The slowest Starbucks on the planet. They usually have only one person working and they do more talking than working. Today i had two people in front of me and it took 22 minutes to get my drink.

Hey everyone!! Just a PSA, a request has been put in to change how our hours are displayed but we always close at 8pm! Our normal hours are 5am-8pm.
What can I say, Starbucks is a quick fix to your coffee or tea needs. Its always busy but the staff is usually on their toes so your wait time is minimal. There is a great selection of coffees, teas, snacks, desserts. If your on crunch time and a small gift is needed you could usually take care of it at the same time with a giftcard, mug or many other coffee connoisseur gifts. This is one of the best stops you could make for coffee at a resonable price.
