This location used to be a Pollo Loco and we definitely need to Starbucks right here at Golden less in Warner so amazing how they picked this location and bought out El Pollo

I just came to this Starbucks today at 2pm and a rude woman who seemed not happy to be there told me they were closed... I asked if they are closed on Tuesdays as their hours are 6-6- she simply said someone called in and turned around to continue whatever she was doing... I feel like this is super unprofessional and there should be procedures in place so they don't just close in the middle of that due to "a sick call in" - I've worked in the server industry for over 10 years and never have heard of a place shutting down mid day for this reason

There's a very tall skinny guy wearing a Russell nametag, I asked to remake my drink. For the next and last 3 drinks I got, where this guy was the barista, my drink seemed altered in a bad way whereas if I ordered from someone else it was not. One was a water that i have a photo where I shortly after got another one from someone else to compare in which Russel's had a dark substance in it, another was a latte and upon drinking it i noticed it had a strange sour taste to it, a 3rd drink had a lid that was very dirty. Of the several times I stayed at the Starbucks to drink my latte there were 2 times I overheard him ranting about dealing with difficult customers. I like this location bc its spacious and has comfortable seats, but now i have to order at the beach and garfield starbucks, before I can come here bc I don't want my drink tampered. I don't have any animosity towards this guy, bc ppl hav all sorts of reasons for what they do, but considering the times of pandemic, this could really hurt someone else. I'm giving 5 stars, bc there's also 8 other people that work there that i got drinks from, who are friendly and make great drinks

LOVE this Starbucks! I visit everyday on my lunch break and the staff is always very friendly. After my first visit, they remembered my drink ever since!
