I always order thru app, this location is the rudest i encountered, no greetings, no smiles, the orders take so long to Prepare too. I always love SB, first time i leave bad review for them.

This was our go-to Starbucks for the longest time. We preferred the location over others nearby, however over the past couple of months that has changed. Every time we try them again we are disappointed. My drink again today was 80% ice, about an inch at the top not filled and way too sweet. It was supposed to be my Friday morning treat for a long day of zoom calls, should have just had my coffee at home :)

Got the egg, sausage and bacon breakfast burrito and it was delicious plus it was a good size for the price, I definitely recommend. Also enjoyed an iced cherry chai, even though it's about to be out of season was also a great buy. Workers at this location were friendly and offered me a sample for free before buying it.

They honestly are just so rude I never leave reviews but ESPECIALLY with the tip machine a girl leaned over and was STARING at the screen saying the tip question and that alone made me not tip. Sorry guys but that’s disrespectful and I’ve worked jobs where I live off tips I get it but that behavior is so lame:/ and someone confirming my drink was so rude asking me like I’m inconveniencing them? Like geez guys I’m just trying to get a coffee! They need some more training or at least a pep talk they made me uncomfortable.

I am a Coffee Snob and this Starbuck's NAILS it every time I visit, from taste to customer service and friendless. I grab a coffee every day on the way home from work from the drive and go out of my way to this location.
Kasey and mars, what a dynamic duo. I chill here rather regularly.And this place doesn't ever seem to bother me like it's surrounding businesses. Coffee's always good.They're always busy and they just never seem to let it affect them.I highly recommend anybody visiting the area. Pay Kasey mars more

They were super busy and messed up on our order. They remade it thankfully but it wasn't correct still. Tyler was amazing and remade our order for us he was a doll.
