Every time I go to get our families coffee's, the coffee taste like horrible! Or I order an hot Americano with room and have to ask for cream on the side, every person at that Starbucks acts entitled & are put out to get me a side of cream!! Do your job please! They don't leave it out anymore because of covid! What a joke these people are!!For now on I drive further away to get my coffee because they are rude entitled.Corporate should show up to see how dirty & rude these people are working!! All the other surrounding Starbucks are great no issues.

Cleean Starbucks. Had to come inside because of the long line.
I literally come and get the same drink daily. Today I went in and was told I couldn’t get my drink that way. I was appalled because I never had this issue before. He says well I’m the manager. I drove to the next nearest Starbucks and didn’t have a single problem. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location.

I have to say I am disappointed in what just happened. For the past 4 years this location has been my go-to. I have never had a problem and I've always been treated well. Today (1 pm) after waiting in line to get to the speaker box for 15-20 minutes, I finally got there. Someone placed some cones behind me as to block anyone from entering. I was never approached or asked if i would like to back out. I went to order a Iced black tea tall (I felt very basic today) and I was told "sorry we are closed". The disappointment comes from the fact that I was the last car in line, and I had been waiting. I ended up waiting about 10 more minutes in line. I expected better from you guys and in all sincerity, I was let down. I will be back again because it's still the most convenient location. I just really wish I wasn't treated the way I was.
