I love Subway. It's probably the healthiest fast food around. If course, it's not hamburgers but that's what makes their sandwiches so good: they are not made of as much artery-clogging, high cholesterol meats as found in most burgers. I always get leaner cuts of meat or just go veggie with cheese only. The service was fine: fast and efficient. There were only a few customers in the restaurant at the time I stopped by, and everyone was getting take-out, so I cannot say much about the ambience. Quiet perhaps.

Just received the worst service. The lady was really rude and I ordered bacon and she only gave me 2 strips and charged me extra. She barely put any vegetables and rushed me out of there.

If soggy sandwiches are your thing and one employee on site making a bunch of online orders while you wait 20-30 minutes as a walk in are your thing. By all means come here. Do not be confused here. I do not blame the employee, I blame the employer.

7/9/23 @6:15pm. Wanted to give a piss poor review of the young Spanish girl that works here. After placing an online order, I arrived at the pick up time only to find out that the sandwiches were not made yet. Next after inspecting the contents of the bag, I was missing 2 of 4 cookies, next I was missing 1 of 2 drink cups. With already 3 strikes, I felt compiled to inspect both sandwiches. Come to find out I was missing the Avocado on one of them. With just one order this young lady managed to get 4 strikes. What it comes down too is two things. 1 she can't read and follow instructions, and 2 she doesn't know how to meet customer expectations to get the order correct. I will never refer friends to this location and I will starve or eat dog poop before I come here again. Management or ownership should take a hard look at this young girls and either retrain her or cut her lose of her employment.

I ordered my food on the subway website and this is how my sandwich came! Like you really have to try to and make It look like this. The boy and girl working in the front didn't even seem like they wanted to work or even say hello.

I placed an order at 12:15 to be picked up curbside at 2:20. I was in the parking lot at 2:15. I got a notification on my phone they are preparing my subs. I waited...and waited...and waited. My subs were ready, but no one showed up. Finally at 2:30 I went inside. There wasn't anyone there except for 2 customers. I walked to get a magazine and there were my subs. On a shelf. The receipt clearly says curbside and the color and vehicle. This subway is on my way home so it's convenient, but really not worth my time. I will go to Firehouse on Warner or even the Subway on Beach and Heil. I've had great customer service there.
The girl who helped me was down to earth and very friendly. It was nice not just being pushed through the line feeling rushed. And she did such a nice job making the sandwiches. Wish more Subways had employees like her.

Justin took pride and care in his work in CAREFULLY crafting the sandwich. He has passion and it is a thrill to see him serve customers. Very nice and polite, he should be commended.I'm not sure why the reviews on this place is as skewed as I've been here twice on the same week with different employees and both times, my sandwich turns out spectacular.I do have to point out that when I was getting a lemonade from the soda fountain machine, a black mold or piece of dirt came out in my drink so I had to dump it. Hopefully they clean the drink dispensers. Hence one stars deducted. You could've had 5 stars. If you avoid the soda machine, this place is awesome.

Decides to close 15 minutes before scheduled closing time. "Wah Wah Wah I only make minimum wage to work one of the easiest jobs in the world so I'm going to shut the place down early and go home because I don't care. Wah Wah Wah"

If I could put zero stars I would! This place has the worst customer service. The employees are extremely rude. For me to have to review a Subway... my gosh! My 3rd time at this Subway in 6 months and every time, rude employees.

OWNER PLEASE MESSAGE ME! This is the fifth time this location has failed to put the avocado on the sandwich. As usual, I've called them over and over and they do not pick up the phone under any circumstances. Door dash processes a redelivery, at the expense of the store, and then I have to have the Dasher be on speakerphone to explain to them to please put the avocado on the sandwich. This is quite literally the worst Subway I've ever experienced in all of Southern California!!! THE WORST!!
