Came on a weekend afternoon and had a pleasant experience with Emily. There wasn't any soup left and she offered to make me some and then brought it to my table! She is nice and sweet.

I went late in the afternoon. They were short staff and had three people in line in front of me; however, that didn't change the service any. The young man that made our sandwiches seemed to be the only one working at the time. He treated each customer with patience and kindness. I didn't get his name, but in case someone that manages the location sees this, my photo shows time and date from receipt.
Thank you for the excellent service today. Sandwiches...

These folks are nice. My only real gripe, which is more of a Subway issue than this location's, is their failure to participate in corporate promos. It's frustrating to walk into a restaurant and ask for a certain promo only to be told they don't do that one...On the positive side:Orders via the app are easy and I've never had issues. I think the recently installed shelves for order pickup are a great idea.
