Got subway today and my order was wrong. Wrong bread and not enough mayo like i asked. The bread they gave me was also hard and too crunchy and i didnt get it toasted. And i didnt order any jalapeños on my sandwich and there were a couple in there. They are lucky im not allergic to them. Its not hard to follow an order. Ive never had any problems with this subway and today the sandwich tasted like crap and wasnt what i ordered. Very bad today.

Subway is a lot like McDonald’s. You know what you’re getting and it’s cheap and the same everywhere you go.This location looks great on the inside. It’s nicely remodeled and kept very clean. The staff were so friendly and got through the line quickly and with no fuss!The food itself was mediocre. The bread was very dry like it had been over cooked or sat out too long. This really ruined the entire sandwich and made it unpleasant to eat. Maybe I just got a bad loaf.

Ordered a sandwich and chips yesterday and asked for a cup of water. I was rudely informed that they don't provide free water and if I wanted water I would have to buy a bottle! I have never heard of this . I would have been happy to buy a bottle had they not been so rude about it and try to make me feel like I was trying to cheat them out of something!

The only reason I would ever come back to this store was the employees. Erica and Ashley were great but I also know many of the employees at this location and a few others are having a really hard time getting paid on time . As far as management and owners they don't seem to be very helpful in those situations and at times very put out by being asked by employees about getting paid which to this long time customer of subway and a former employee is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. So before you choose to go here ask yourself do you really want to fund an owner and his manager that doesn't even appreciate his employees. I for one DO NOT!

Old dry bread. No way was it baked on the same day. Bad bread ruins the sandwich. No wonder Subway is a failing franchise. No standards. Skip this location.

Unfortunately the owner of this establishment does not have fresh vegetables. I've gone to this Subway for many years but the last 3 experiences have been awful... The vegetables look old the lettuce is brown and they only had wheat bread.. The kids working there looked even embarrassed... The owner needs to get it together...

You would think good area=good subway, but not the case. Horrible service the lady running it messed up on my order twice and i told when shes making it no salt, what does she do put extra salt on it. What a joke. GET YOUR $H1T TOGETHER OWNER.

So I've never had a problem when I've come to this store and I hate to leave this review but I do so In hopes that the owner can fix things. First off for the lsdt Teo months the sods machine gad been broken I've menchend it every time I've come in it was just the the coke and now the others are busted. When I ask the staff for help they were almost upset taht j was asking them ti ensure I got the drink I paid for iam not gonna go into every little detail of how that condo went but not and when the kid was making my sandwich he was very lazy took forever just to squirter mayo on and he put a Lil and ask me if I wanted more and anyway it was just like come on he has long hair dark hair the sandwich in the end was great but the whole process left me feeling like I was a burden to these guys lives I will menchen ones name was Roland and Roland when I was paying menchedn something to the guy about the tips and I don't know felt like he wanted more this other kid came in when I was done and allowed me to at least get a soda from the fridge so I can have a drink with my meal cause Roland said he didn't know how to refund the drink and said he had to call the Mgr and when I said well can u he said ummmmm and kept doing what he was doing lazy kid man never had a problem with the staff here but today was very unprofessional but the sandwich was good only after having to direct the kid how to make it I asked for extra toasted and he put it in and I had to ask him again to toast it

Parker Cummings is the greatest sandwich maker I have ever seen his blonde hair and blue eyes truly made the experience sm better he is so great at his job tip him always (Edit: nvm he didn't heat up my cookie docked one star).

We spent 30 minutes waiting for the guy to make 2 sandwiches. He was extremely confused and asked the same questions 2-3 times. All veggies were not fresh and looked disgusting. Will definitely not be coming back to this location, and management should definitely look into the guy who was working today.
