Subway's always a great place to grab a sandwich, but they really do need to do something about this store. I ordered a tuna sandwich and could not find the tuna.

Last night me and my hubby went to go get some sandwich from here and an Indian lady tried to grab my baby !! The entire time she was making our sandwiches she kept telling my son “oh you wanna come with me don’t you” this so weird and that lady should be fried that’s weird and uncalled for !

Shut this one down and have somebody else open a new one somewhere else in town. These guys didn't even come close to filling the order that I asked for when I ordered online. And then I drive home and what am I going to do? Drive all the way back? That's BS. Wrong bread, no spinach. Very disappointing. You've got one job to do...

They close an hour earlier than they say online and they don’t have a bunch of the options. Probably the last time I will ever go to subway. Disappointed to say the least.

I placed an order in the app and when I arrived on Sunday at 9:30 am the store was closed. My card was billed and the order showed ready in the app and I was sure to check I was at the right location. Their hours are posted 8:30 am to 7:00 pm on the sign and online.
Edit: after the store opened the employee said my order was not showing up in his system. I showed him my app and he confirmed I was at the right location, but since it did not show in his system he couldn't give me a "free" sandwich. He said he would have to call the owner, but would have to help all other customers before me and suggested I do a charge back.
The owner was eventually called and I got my order after at least an hour of waiting.
I was never rude or demanding so I was very disappointed in how the situation was handled.
This is the closest location to where I work, but I think I'll have to start going to a new location.

Went in for my lunch from Amazon on break and asked to use the restroom. Woman said I wasn’t allowed to use it unless I was buying. I said I was and she wanted me to pay first. So I said no and left. I’d rather not deal with rude people while I’m eating there
