Good location, but weird smell and poor service.
As soon as I opened the door, I noticed a strange smell inside. The location itself is nice, but the experience wasn’t great. The lady working there (an Asian woman) was quite rude. We had placed an order through the app, but when we arrived at 7:14 PM, she told us we couldn’t dine in because she was closing at 7:30. However, the posted hours say they close at 9:30. We felt very uncomfortable and rushed, to the point that we only ate half of our meal before leaving. Definitely not a good experience.

Went to get a sandwich at 7:57pm on this Saturday evening. Door was unlocked, I walked in but was told they are closed. Lock your door then and change your store hours.

I was doing errands on Dec 1, 2023 & stopped at Subway for a 12" Meatball Marinara. About 4:30pm. The young man working was extremely polite. The restaurant was clean. My sandwich was HOT. They're Subways closer to my home, but this one is fantastic. Highly recommend. Reserved parking spaces. On corner of Magnolia and Garfield in HB.

Tried the new Baja footlong, and didn't think it was quite as good as some of the old menu. Bread is always fresh and quite good, the fillings remain no better than before, and my fave is the meatball sandwich.
