Rosalyn took my order today and her positive attitude and energy was so refreshing! She was helping two customers ahead of me, recommending different items on the menu, and always with a kind smile! When it was my turn, she gave me the same treatment. GREAT customer service!

Wen to get a coffee and it was empty. Walked in and two people working there standing by coffee machine didn’t even acknowledged us. Waited for a minute and walked out. Just say hello and I’ll be with ya in a minute instead of ignoring your customers ❤️

We got the ham and grilled cheese (subbed ham for bacon) and a golden latte. Very good! The staff were so friendly and even let us have a couple muffins on the house since they had extra. Great spot!

I paid $8 for and overpriced SMALL coffee. It was good but not $8 good.
The young man ‘helping’ me out barely spoke to me. There was nowhere for me to sit so I stood near the register waiting for my coffee. I wondered to myself why my coffee was talking so long if I was the only customer ordering anything, only to find out my coffee was waiting for me on the opposite side of the counter, out of my view.
The man helping me out could’ve handed me the coffee of simply let me know that my order was ready. But instead I stood there looking confused and that’s when his Coworker let me know where my coffee was at.

Great vibe, playlist, and options on the menu for all things coffee. Best part? They don’t upcharge for oat or almond milk!! The only place I’ve ever been that doesn’t charge extra - amazing. Great flavors for coffee drinks too! Try the succulent latte ?

Definitely one of the top coffee shops in OC. Always quiet and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and of course amazing coffee

Yummy iced latte with oatmilk. Made super fast and by super nice staff on both occasions we visited. In town from Denver and often visit HB. We will definitely be back. My son loved the blueberry muffin as well ?
