My Family and I used to eat here very frequently. The last time we were there the waitress misquoted the price of a salad add on and when my mom spoke with the manager about the adjustment he argued with her and even the waitress acknowledged that she misquoted price and the manager still argued with my Mom and said "that's too bad". This happened a few years ago and in my profession as an adult I train companies and employees on customer service and I look back on this an appalled in not only how the manager spoke with my mom in front of us and his staff and how he didn't do the right thing here. His choice lost you at least 5k in revenue per year from us. I wonder how many other customers stopped coming here due to such poor business practices. That money adds up. We never stepped foot back in this place as a family ever again and now as adults the children and the rest of the family do not even step foot in this place or have any desire to. Your regulars pay for something in your life and you should never lose sight of that or forget that. Whenever I drive by this is all I remember from that place.

This is a nice restaurant that is very homely. I wouldn't say that the food is top notch or that the decor is great, but it's reasonably priced and the customer service was good. Maybe I'll return and give it another try with my family again, but in all it was just a so so experience. I agree with others saying it's like cooking at home except someone else is doing the cooking without passion. The decor looks like a flea market designer and lacks luster. This restaurant is something I'd expect to see in some mom and pop town, but I would attest that those mom and pop towns offered better food. If you want low cost and ok food, Sunny's work well. If you want something other than frozen items, this isn't the right restaurant.

I highly recommend Sunny's. We've been coming here since they were in their old location. The food is always fresh and tasty! They have a huge selection and you can get breakfast any time, which is always a win for my kids. The food is ready really quick. The waitstaff is amazing. They are friendly and they remember you. The owner is also fantastic. She is so down to earth and you can tell she really cares. They have a small book exchange in the front lobby which is nice too.

OK place. Seems a little dated inside. Food was pretty good. My wife ordered some home style potatoes but they did not come out home style. No one really checked on us until we were done with our food. Definitely wont be back.

Stopped in on our way home looking for a late breakfast and Sunny's didn't disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly, food very good and we had fun looking at the eclectic decor. If you're looking for homey-type restaurant, look no further. Enjoy!

Came here a few times, yesterday being the best visit of them all because of how good the chicken fried steak that I ordered came out perfect! Not sure if they had a different chef this day but wow, now I have my soot to go to for this type of breakfast ! It was super crispy as I love, also a great sized steak and the gravy was yummy. I was also glad to see their prices for a mimosa were only a little under $6.

I just had a very disturbing experience with one of the owners at Sunny's. I had lunch, the food was good, the waitress was pleasant. The Host does not smile when people come in or leave. When we left, I said to the waitress that it would be good customer service if the Host would greet people with a smile. When we got to the car a woman who was probably an owner, said in an angry voice, "when you come here you get good food, we don't have to give you a smile. You two women are "white privilege". The woman was White I said, "Oh are you Black with a White face?" She got madder and took a picture of my license and a picture of us and said it was going viral. I said I would not be back. Is it too much to expect the Host to greet customers with a smile?
