7/10 9:40pm the guy working the drive through, sorry you have to work closing in the taco bell drive thru but don't make that my problem too. You were clearly annoyed with your no manners and monotone voice. Don't take your misery out on customers.

When people are really tired they don’t feel like entering their own meal themselves. We are too tired and hungry and can barely see straight and now we have to do your job for you. I asked for one thing to see if I had anything left on my gift card and both people said no. She told me to call the number on the back I said why don’t I just try to order ?? She said don’t use the kiosk it won’t give you a balance. I’m thinking I’m not here for a balance, I’m here for food. So I put in my order and it was fine. ⚠️. Food is good when you are really hungry. She just dropped my bag at me like I was a dog and walked away. The atmosphere is too cold in here now - lifeless. It’s not like same. There is no service here anymore. You are the service member. 🚧

of the 4 crunchy tacos two were pretty broken up, as usual here.. The Chulupa supreme was as cold as it had been in the cooler and not warmed. Disappointment for sure
its tacobell so i mean... its tacobell. BUT if the chicken nuggets are in season, this is the tacobell to go to !

The worst taco bell in all of southern California. Every time I try to go here there's always an issue. No change available, wrong sauces, forgets drinks. And now today the dining room is closed for 2 hours and drive thru only. Just close this stupid location already. Terrible management and needs a new one or just sell the damn store to a burger King. At least they do better and it's the least popular fast food chain.
Please clean dinning room area !!!
