I ordered my food and made sure it was a veggie box. I took three bites and realized that it was MEAT and Im vegan. I called the store. They did give me my money back, but that’s so disappointing how you guys just ignore peoples dietary preferences so easily. When I went up there, she didn’t wanna address me in any type of way. She just gave me my money and was like sorry about that. I can give you different food if you want. I LOVE Taco Bell but now I feel like I can’t trust it to go back. This was very disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Double check your food cause sometimes they don’t care about your dietary restrictions!!!!!

The beefy 5 layer I ordered had a small rock hard piece in the meat. I am not sure what it was but I almost chipped my tooth and this is the second time it has happened in Taco Bells Beef. I will not be ordering anything else with beef moving forward. It is not consistent and kills my appetite just thinking about the experience. It was honestly scary. Please be aware if you are going here.

Drinks on digital ordering display don’t match what’s available. Wanted an iced tea, they only had flavored ones. The mango something tastes like a mango sneezed into some water, basically flavorless and no tea flavor.Chrunchwrap supreme had so little beef I thought they missed it and had to take it apart to check — merely a suggestion of beef

Bruh I ordered a DLT combo + a single DLT at the drive thru and they only gave me the combo Service was fast but speed reliability This Taco Bell really lives up to its reputation and reviews ig. We went back in for the missing taco and they gave it to us, but we'll be going inside to order from now on. Just in case.

I hate that there are kiosks and no one to order from at a register. The staff do their best to ignore you, the tablet is annoying to navigate, and I end up standing there for 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention so I can jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops just to order 2 items. FORGET IT! I walked out and I'll never be back

To the management of this establishment.I believe you need to set higher standards for you and your employees. Training seems to have been skipped on food preparation and customer service hospitality. We went here to pick up something to eat as we ordered the girl seem to be new here. The employee with the cross on his neck seems to have sort of an attitude like if he is better than the person he is serving. If you want better reviews and more business, maybe you should take some time out of your day to help them understand the food service business. Maybe a field trip over to in-n-out to see how they do things. As for the food, it was not even good.Hope you understand and fix things to be a better establishment.
