The food is good but the service is horrible. I asked the cashier to give me the code for the vacant bathroom and he said it's only for employees" no sign was posted for employees only" the bathrooms should be accessible for customers.

Came here for a fast lunch. Sad experience. I put my order in the kios and then went to the counter to pay, and the staff just had me waiting until I flagged one down to ask if I could pay. After that, my order is ready. we ask the guy for hot sauce before he walks away and ignores us. Sad experience. I won't be coming here again. Someone needs to teach this staff customer service. The only nice lady here was an older lady other than just sad experience ?

I ordered 6 crunchy taco supremes for takeout. I only live about 6 minutes away but the bottom of the bag was wet from the taco filling or something when I got home. The bottom part of all of the tacos was soggy and basically not edible. What a waste of almost $20!! Won't be going here again and I suggest you skip it and drive over to Del Taco instead.

DO NOT go to this location if you need to omit an ingredient. BEWARE if you have allergies. Two days in a row, I requested a chicken quesadilla without sauce. Both days, they gave it to me with sauce. Today (the second day), they also didn't give me a food item I paid for. Ridiculous! From now on, I'll drive a bit further and go to Del Taco.
I live just around the corner . 3 times I have now been to this location . Twice prior for my daughter both times issues. Today was for me .. Last time ever . I ordered a Burrito Supreme. Was absolutely horrible , just a goop mess no meat no beans . It was like fake cheese soup in a tortilla. The lady at the register was friendly.. Sad I remember the day when a Supreme you used to be good. Layer of meat layer of beans , layer of lettuce and tomato w/ a dash of sour cream . I guess gone are those days ..

In the drive thru the people were rude and didn't speak English. The young man at the register was not friendly and acted like he had better things to do. I asked for napkins he lied said he put some in my box. Very very rude I hope they didn't spit in my food. Or something worse.

This is my regular spot! It's on point. The crew is usually the same during the times I go. They take their time and deliver all around. Quick with their drive thru orders. The food is always great and has plenty of flavor. Thanks. I've never ate inside but it appears clean.

I just left here 15 minutes ago. Went through the drive thru. Ordered a simple 2 Bean and Cheese Burritos and a drink. Asked for hot sauce. Paid, got my bag. While waiting for the drink I quickly glanced and noticed Fire sauce. Since I consistently am given the wrong sauce in the bag at this location I turned back and asked for hot sauce. Got my drink and sauce and drove allllll the way home to eat my meal before I have to be at work in 45 minutes. Get home. Dump out the bag and find 3 of these I don’t know tacos….. now I’m out of luck because I don’t have time to drive back and I can’t eat these because I’m vegetarian. So thanks Taco Bell for ruining my day before my 8 hour food service shift where I certainly will deliver the correct order to the correct customer every time. Something the people at this location apparently find impossible to do. I’ll be returning at 8:30pm after my shift to return this sad excuse for customer service.
