This place is tiny, I felt a little bit cramped in the space, but the food was good. This could be a good take-out option. Moderate kitchen noise, since there wasn't much space. No A/C.

I've gotten lunch here a few times and the food is always great, and at a good price, highly recommend the Pad See Ew and Chicken Satay. I wouldn't have considered myself a fan of peanut sauce until I had the sauce that goes with the Satay. The staff are friendly and I enjoy the lowkey atmosphere, the food is always prepared pretty quickly and they have water if you're waiting to pick up.

A Burmese friend recommended this spot for casual Thai food, so my friends and I decided to swing by during lunch break and gave it a try.
Thai Pepper offers a Lunch Special from 11AM to 3PM, and each meal is just $10.95 which is a steal for the Huntington Beach area.
