I order from here several times a month but it’s just sooo hit or miss. It’s either the best Thai shrimp salad I’ve ever had OR it’s inedible because the shrimp are still raw and not fully cooked through :/When they get it right, it’s perfect. But there’s really no excuse to serve uncooked shrimp and it happens about half the time. I guess I need to find another place to order from rather than gambling on every order.

I ordered from The Wave today and omg!!! I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of this food. It was very delicious and reminded me of the first time I ever tasted Thai food (a life changing experience ?) I will 10/10 recommend this place to friends. I ordered the Thai curry with tofu and a flan for dessert. The flan had a lovely light essence of vanilla. My only problem is that I wanted to save some for later but that didn’t work out as planned lol.. The flavors were on point. And can we talk about how responsible these prices are? Also they delivered to me for free.. it came very quick! 5 stars from me!!!

The pad-Thai was less than average and they over fried the tofu which was very dry.

Food was pretty good. The Pad Thai a little too sweet for me. Good location, easy parking walk down to the end of the pier after dinner!

I’ve got fish cake and pad Thai with combination protein. Fish cake was not that great and spongy. Pad thai is smoky which was weird also didn’t get hits of oyster sauce or fish sauce and no tangy taste from tamarind. However, amount of protein was good.

My only concern was they did not ask if I would like brown or white rice. I would have preferred the brown rice. Otherwise the food was very good.

Thai Wave was our go to spot for takeout for years. We also enjoyed dining there. Lots of menu options. Some of our favorites were the Drunken Noodles, Pad See Ew, Spicy Eggplant, the curries, Cashew Chicken and Tom Kha. I don't think there was a dish we didn't like from there. The food is flavorful, portions are decent, service is good. Cozy feel, with large booths. Definitely a local spot. They even gave us a little Christmas gift one year, an elephant keychain .
