In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in HB. Great ambiance, great food with an often changing menu. Sitting at the chef’s counter is fantastic, but sitting at the bar also great. I always have conversations at the bar with other HB locals. Really top restaurant even though it’s in a strip mall. Great for lunch or dinner. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes so everyone should be able to find a dish they like. Can’t go wrong.

Super cute place with great staff. Food was ok, not anazing. We had the roasted cauliflower, beef shwarma and spiced shrimp. The shrimp was the best thing we ordered.

We had a wonderful lunch at Black Trumpet Bistro. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Since it was our first visit, our server took the time to explain the small-plate tapas concept in detail and gave great recommendations for first-timers, encouraging sharing and exploring the menu.
We started with the French Onion Soup, which was absolutely delicious—rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The fresh hummus plate with cucumber, tomatoes, and warm pita was so fresh and flavorful. For our main dish, we enjoyed the Filet Mignon Shish Kabob with rice, vegetables, tzatziki, and tabbouleh. Every bite was perfectly prepared and seasoned.
From start to finish, it was an excellent experience, both in food and service. We look forward to returning soon

The food was good. The waiter was great. They were very busy so the atmosphere was loud. Would suggest a little better beer selection, maybe a barrel aged one.

Great spot with plenty of locals. Unique tapas, never had one I didn’t like! Lots of love goes into each dish with the chef and owner on site. Only downside is… extremely loud so hard to have good conversations.
