The staff are very nice and the drinks are great. If you aren’t looking for coffee you can get the lychee green tea. Overall 5/5 highly recommended!!

Stopped in and picked up some local coffee here the other day. Very friendly gentleman helped me and I got a bag of the house coffee. Fresh and flavorful bag of coffee that you can tell had just been roasted

I have purchased Blue Flame coffee Signature (3) different times, and (3) 12 oz bags each time. The coffee is very consistent tasting and to my coffee opinion very enjoyable. I drink (2) 12oz pour overs per day and I weigh both the beans and water. So I can safely state the coffee is consistent tasting. For best "pour over" taste, do not grind too finely, it will produce a sour acidic taste, but with proper grind sizing it tastes sweet and smooth. I'm using a Fellow Ode grinder, with a 5 grind setting, and I'm using the Hario V60 dripper, 12oz water with 23 gram beans. I highly recommend the coffee, and the 9 bucks per bag cost is phenomenal. Be sure to call before visiting, twice they were not there during business hours.

Friendly and knowledgeable folks. Good to know to ring the doorbell if the doors are closed. I tried the espresso blend for the first time making espresso. The shot had a very slight hint of chocolate, and nutty notes. What stood out to me was how balanced the shot was. Not too bright which is great for me. I wish the beans had a roast date, but from what I can see from how the shot extracted, the bags I picked up must have been reasonably fresh. Also judging from the taste, carbon dioxide in the bag, and appearance of the shot, guessing 3 - 4 weeks old? This again is just my guess, coming from other beans I've pulled from the roast date. Also, sure it varies depending on when u pick up during their production cycle. So far this has been a winner for me, and be going back to try more.

I buy my light roast coffee only here. I drink espresso mostly and sometimes pour over.

Great coffee. Purchased in person. Owner took time to explain which bean would work best for our taste and not ruin our new Jura coffeemaker. Our go to coffee now and proud to support Hunt Beach business

Just moved to the neighborhood. Was drinking coffee from the shelves(yikes!) The yelp reviews led me to Blue Flame. Coffee is excellent. Will be buying my coffee there from now on.

Who doesn't like a hidden gem? This place is the definition of a hidden gem! You really need to be cool to even hear about this roasting company, from your equally cool friends of course. Once you get the "invite" to the club, you will be entering a wonderland of coffee!

Hard to find but worthwhile! Came on in and started chatting with the owner. He gave me some recommendations for my coffee habits and even pulled a couple shots of espresso for me to sample, both really appreciated. After a bit of deliberation, I bought my first ever roaster-direct bag of beans, their House Blend. No roast-date, but I trust them when they say it's fresh, because it certainly tasted like it when I went home and brewed some. Much better than anything else I've had for sure! Price was very reasonable too.

I was looking for a cup coffee and I stumbled across this gem. I followed the navigation into a commercial complex, and thought it was a terrible place for a Cafe. I guess that is because it isn't. They are a wholesaler of coffee beans but all sell to the public. They roast all their beans and give you a 12 ounce bag of beans for $8dollars. You can pick up from their shop, or you can order online. They don't serve coffee there, though the owner was nice enough to serve me a fresh cup of hot coffee.

Headed to Blue Flame for the first time this week and was not disappointed! Had a chance to meet the owner and enjoy an espresso in the warehouse with the roasters in the background. Picked up three bags of freshly roasted coffee for under $25! My wife and I have been enjoying them this week.
