The Boardwalk Restaurant

Great place, great vibe, great drinks and food. The live music was a bit loud. Especially sitting at the bar, you can't hear what your partner is saying. Once we were seated for dinner (far away), it was a lot better. We'll definitely be back.

Don't expect to have a typical Cabo Wabo experience within a hotel resort setting. I was surprised they didn't even play Sammy's music or even Van Halen. Our server was very friendly and helpful. My wife ordered a specialty drink off the menu, the waitress explained it is a seltzer drink out of a can. The menu description was inaccurate and most likely my wife would have sent it back. The food was mediocre and served lukewarm warm. One plate was sent back to be reheated. All in all the food was just ok. Our first and last time.

I stayed with my family at the Hilton Waterfront to celebrate our son's birthday. The dining experience at Cabo Wabo was excellent. The Shrimp tacos, Calamari, and Quesadill were delicious with a generous portion. The staff service and hospitality was at its finest. Carlos, Jose, Ricardo, and Ricardo made my son's birthday. The Manager Johanna visited the table to wish my son Happy Birthday. Must visit!

Our server was pleasant and efficient Great choice of cocktails Ordered the lobster tacos and was greatly underwhelmed. Very small pieces of lobster with onion being the majority of garnish. The taco seemed dry. The accompanying sauces were good. My husband ordered fajitas which were fine. There's no sense of eating elevated Mexican food here. A very forgettable experience.

We arrived at 9:45, and all the food was old. I didn't see them replace the eggs, waffles, etc once. Everything was cold and overcooked (apart from the omelette bar food, which was pretty great apart from a lack of seasoning). The coffee was extra bitter, which was not to our taste. Service was friendly but very slow.

Food was average. Nothing exceptional. Service was the problem. Had reservations, taken right to our table. 1st waiter took our drink orders. Approximately 11:05. Apparently there was a buffet till 11:30. Would have been good to know. Too late. Our birthday boy ordered a non- breakfast item. We were told at the time that they will place the order after 11:30, ok. We received our breakfast items at around 11:30 Waited till 11:50 to receive our non breakfast item. I asked if his wet-burrito was worth the wait? Response was a no. Kinda sums up the experience.

Portion size was perfect not too much for the price point! Served with chips and salsa 😋

This restaurant has a busy hallway running through it. The food was average but the prices are above average. Not worth it.

Staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate our special occasion. Food was also excellent!

Server was not very attentive! We sat by the window. I think there were 4 tables. The acoustics were really bad. It was very loud! Food was good although the pinto beans that came with a fajitas were very bland.  But overall, we enjoyed our evening !

We love the food. It was amazing. We love the service. Everyone was very friendly. Our waiter was wonderful too. Thank you so much will be back.

We were immediately seated. Service was very good. The food was very tasty. However since the air conditioning was set so cold our food got cold quickly. We were not impressed with the way the seating was since we would see ppl walking by in front of our table as there is a pathway between the area we were seated and the main seating area. Noise level was loud.

We always said we would try it, an we finally did! The food, the service, and the table by the window was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our 41st anniversary with Cabo Wabo team. Thank you!

Server good. Calamari Excellent. Pina Colada Mocktail Excellent. Hamburger & Salad Very Good. Wet Burrito OK. It was NOT Red Sauce. It was actually Mole Sauce and too much of it. Seating outside at 5:00 p.m. was very nice, but too windy. Birthday dessert was nice, but served too late. We had to leave because my husband got cold from the wind. Hamburger leftover to go and the birthday churros to go, too.

Disappointed with the food quality. Had the lobster. It was over cooked and dry. Service was good. Servers were friendly and personable. Was looking forward to the Cowboy steak, but it was taken off of the menu.
