Great place, great vibe, great drinks and food. The live music was a bit loud. Especially sitting at the bar, you can't hear what your partner is saying. Once we were seated for dinner (far away), it was a lot better. We'll definitely be back.
Don't expect to have a typical Cabo Wabo experience within a hotel resort setting. I was surprised they didn't even play Sammy's music or even Van Halen. Our server was very friendly and helpful. My wife ordered a specialty drink off the menu, the waitress explained it is a seltzer drink out of a can. The menu description was inaccurate and most likely my wife would have sent it back. I stayed with my family at the Hilton Waterfront to celebrate our son's birthday. The dining experience at Cabo Wabo was excellent. The Shrimp tacos, Calamari, and Quesadill were delicious with a generous portion. The staff service and hospitality was at its finest. Carlos, Jose, Ricardo, and Ricardo made my son's birthday. The Manager Johanna visited the table to wish my son Happy Birthday. Must visit!
