Worst experience ever. My server never served me, I ended up leaving because of the horrible customer service. Never received an apology from the server either.

Normally I love the aCheesecake Factory. Today was bad all around. The asparagus was really tough and cold, the cheesecake was too warm and didn't taste high quality. The bread was not warm as well as tough and theCabernet was awful. Very disappointing.

Waiter was fantastic.
The low calorie menu had great choices that tasted good.

Cody served. We got old fashioned burger and it was “good”. We also got the chicken bellagio and it was “superb”. I got the shepherds pie and it was scrumdidlyumptious. Only downside was that it was a little dark inside.

My brother took our mom here to celebrate her birthday. Tyler and Eddie S. served their table and tipped themselves $20 and lied on the receipt showing party of 6 when their were only 5 of them. Spreading the word to our family and friends that come here. Be cautious of Tyler and Eddie S. Do not let them be your server. They are forgetful kids that steal your money because they know how horrible their service is.

I normally have a great experience with the cheesecake factory but tonight was a different story. When we put in our name and our cell they told us 15 min wait. We were waiting for their text but it never came. Apparently they called our name but the restaurant is noisy so we ended up having to wait for 25-30 minutes. Then when we were seated I ordered a burger cooked medium and the inside was completely pink. No effort to even offer to discount the final bill. Like a said, normally we have a great experience but not tonight.

I ordered yesterday through DoorDash—a chicken quesadilla that barely had any chicken and a roadside cheeseburger burnt to a crisp. I’ll never buy anything from Cheesecake Factory again! The quality has declined drastically over the years. Honestly, they might as well close their doors like they did with the Newport Beach location. Never again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Worse than fast food… Goodbye.
