ordered orange chicken but did not have enough sauce just fried chicken nuggets is what it looked like. Food was lukewarm as well.

This has been my best experience at Cheesecake Factory in Huntington Beach. The food was amazing, the service was great and our waiter was VERY attentive. I would recommend Devin as your waiter. We sat outside and it was so beautiful with the water fountain view and great weather at the time.

Decided to last minute to stop by Cheesecake Factory for dinner. Since it was a cool night we decided to eat outside, I have been coming to Cheesecake factory for at least 20 years, I have never had a bad experience but tonight was different we didn’t just have good service we had exceptional service. Our waitress was named Shelby. She had great energy, she was on top of our order, polite and efficient. One of the things that stood out to me was she was the only waitress outside and she gave excellent service to everyone out there. You can tell she cared about her job. It was refreshing and made are night out great.

They ended up taking an extra 80.00 on my credit card. I’ve contacted management and they promised to fix it. Yeah they doubled the tip. Shame on you Jonny P, and management.

Great, but service was a little slow.

Food is comforting food. My kids's favorite place for Fettuccine Alfredo and BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. Even a small piece of ice cream but that make customer happy. Great strategy 👏

We visited during a weekday for dinner. We were seated after approximately five minutes, with a party of five. The food was alright. I appreciated our server's attentiveness in checking on us and refilling our water. Overall, it was a pleasant meal with commendable service.

Every-time I order they forget 1 or more of my order. I have to call them and come back to pick up. Waste of time.
