Ordered from here on doordash and was completely disappointed. Was getting some food for my employee who came in last minute to help me out with a no-show from one of my other employees, so I wanted to get her some food to thank her and so she has some breakfast.We ordered 2 drinks (1 each), 2 bagels, and 1 Cheese Danish which is what my employee chose. When we got our order, we realized the Danish was missing. I called this location and spoke with a girl, they hung up on me after I gave details on my order, and then they called back ??‍♂️. When they called back, I spoke with a guy, and he was apologetic, and I can respect that they owned up to their mistake. My issue is that the guy i spoke to mentioned what may have happened. He admitted that the Danish was probably not ready by the doordash order pickup time, and they still sent the order out without fulfilling the whole order. Did not even bother notifying me or the dasher as to a missing item. Had to go through doordaah to get a refund, and they didn't even refund the full amount. A few bucks doesn't make a difference, but the principle and lack of respect for completing a customer order is appalling and disgusting. Hopefully, they get other people's orders right and don't ruin their days either. Will not be coming back here and will let my vip tier on their app expire.

I asked for the code to the restroom before I ordered, and the guy gave me the code with an attitude. When I ordered my hot latte, they gave me a cold one. When I told them, they were rude and just said ok. No apology, no "I'll make you another one, nothing.. would not recommend this place if there is another choice to have a better experience at.

Been a customer of this location for years, may visit store once a month always good, last December wife and I ordered 2 drinks to go Drive thru, got home both we're terrible bitter no flavoring. Last night after dinner we decided we wanted a coffee we drive thru again, Half way home took a sip again bitter no flavor. You guys lost a customer as your standards and quality have dropped.

Came here evening Friday 1/26. After I ordered my drink I used the restroom and my drink was probably ready while I was still in there. After I came out I never once heard my name called, it was super slow maybe about 5 other people most sitting around and nobody else in line so the kid who took my order could've easily just called me again since it was probably ready before I got out of the restroom if he cared or knew a little bit about customer service, but nop, he just decided it was not his business anymore (although he got a tip) and was just chatting the whole time with the other coworkers while my drink and someone else's was just sitting there in the counter getting watered down. I even got up to check and saw they had no name or receipt stuck to them so I didn't want to just grab the wrong one, so I'm standing there at the counter, looking around, he sees my confusion leaning on the countertop chatting with his buddies and STILL couldn't say one of them was mine. Also, WiFi connection was terrible, overall bad experience, no one teaches these kids about customer service and obviously they don't care. I didn't even ask for the tip back so enjoy, you're welcome, I even got a little sass from him when I asked for my money back. Manager was nice but he could've make sure clients were taken care of, but maybe that's not the priority here. Never coming back.

I love coffee bean and it's nice to finally go inside. I got the vanilla spiced oat. The barista was helpful. The lounge was closing soon but we got our drinks fast. It was very spacious and clean.

I used to love this location! Now it's hit or miss. Mostly miss! The App rarely works so it's not convenient and most of the staff don't even acknowledge you. My drinks sit there and then I have to go check if it's mine. Ideally I order on the App and pick up. When it works!! Mocha lattes are the best

The coffee is not bad and the environment is pretty well kept and spacious. My concern is how every time I come the wifi is really bad. Part of the reason I come is to get work done and when you don't have decent wi-fi it's make it tempting to not even come at all. FYI wifi speed is 2.1 MBPS (really low speed)

An absolute disgusting employee and/or manager at this location. She refused to serve me because of my dog. It's a registered therapy dog that assists with panic attacks and emotionally disturbed kids. She demanded to see papers and wanted to know what the services were. She was utterly rude and horrible. WHO brings papers with them? Why would she not just serve me a coffee and let me get out of there? I will never go back to this location again.

Wifi does not work here! Don't come here to get your work done. I'd like to know who the wifi company is for this wifi to never pay for there services because everytime I visit it's not working.
