Egyptian food here: they serve pies filled with cheeses meats and vegis. Spicy pickles clear the pallet or a suggested tangerine drink will also allow you to taste the shawarma spices fully in that pie choice. You'll smell buttery pasty when you walk in and that gets your pallette ready. They have a crepe maker in the front. Amazing Egyptian pies (feteer). Makes you feel like you’re eating as a local in Egypt. The variety in the menu is great. We loved both the savory and sweet, and ordered one plain (meshaltet) to go with old cheese (mesh). Everything was super great and the owner is so friendly, helpful and professional with perfect spoken English and Arabic. Will definitely come back when in LA
